The goal isn’t to be happy all the time, but to acknowledge the growth and magic between the balance of light and dark. Focusing on giving energy and love to ourselves, so we can give more energy and love to the world around us.

    Today I’m sharing my story with almost getting my leg cut off in Indonesia, and the many deep lessons and breakthroughs that came from this crazy mess of experiences. I always want to be real and transparent with y’all, so today I’m sharing a little deeper of a look into my story, and the wide range of experiences that have carried me through to where I am today. Chatting in depth about the deep lessons I learned through this absurd rollercoaster of an experience, and how bringing those lessons into my life and business have completely shifted my life over the past few years. I’m also sharing how this experience inspired me to start the Happy Humans Project, and how my personal journey has played a central role with my mission for the Happy Humans Project.     Today we’re speaking with Desiree Kaye, a conscious lifecoach, specializing in reparenting. She helps adult women understand the varying traumas that happened during childhood (of all degrees) to understand the thoughts that get planted into our minds at a young age, adn then the conditioning and reinforcement of how that goes on into adulthood. Reparenting is taking radical ownership for yourself as an adult, to start steering your ship into the direction you want to go in, vs. how it’s been for generation after generation just because “we’re family and this is how we’ve always done this”Desiree is such an incredible mentor and friend, because she embraces the messiness of life. She does a phenomenal job of embracing all pieces of herself and the humans around her. She brings a fun, playful, grounded energy to reparenting, helping women move through difficult traumas, as they become more connected to their higher self and how they want to show up in the world.
