Healthy living is more than a fit body, it's about balance in life. That balance is different for everyone so it's about doing the things that make you happy and fulfilled.
Leading isn't about having a title or authority. It all starts with your decision to lead. Don't EVER let the title of leader or manager get in the way of you leading others.

We often forget the power of numbers. The government is so afraid of us figuring out that we, the people, are more powerful than they ever will be. Look at the way the stock market just changed! The "little guy" just took it by storm. The little guy had the big boys on wall street in fear and panic. Think about that! We can win if we all just unite! Don't let the government stand between us and point out our differences. They want to keep us separate by pointing out why we are all different. Don't give into that narrative and stand up as a united nation!

If I had to say one macro was more important than any other it would have to be protein! Why? That's because your body needs protein to build and repair muscle, make enzymes, and hormones. It's also a building block for bones, muscles, skin, and other organ functions! Also, when it comes to weight loss protein is more satiating so you stay less hungry when eating less. More importantly though it helps you keep muscle and build muscle from workouts. If you don't eat enough protein and you lose weight you will just look the same only smaller and that's not the point of losing weight. We want to lose weight to look better!! If you're missing protein in your diet and want some help, join my free Facebook group. Also check out this awesome protein I use to help get in all my protein for the day!!

There's no right way to be fit, but the way that works for you. Just like a diet. No one way is the way to do it, but the one that you can stick to!!
Mindset is your attitude towards someone or something. How do you go about changing your mindset if it's your attitude? You have to of course want to change and then identify what the triggers are behind this attitude that you want to change. Once you identify them you just have to practice a new reaction over and over again.

There are several reasons not to look at the scale daily, but the two biggest ones are: 1. There is no standard/ideal weight for everyone. 2. Weight fluctuates on a daily basis due to your diet, water intake, and stress levels. So stop worrying about how much you weigh and be more concerned with how you look at feel!
Remember that game we used to play as kids where the first kid would come up with a word and then whisper it into the ear of the kid next to them and this is repeated until the last kid who finally says the word they heard? Most of the time it was the wrong word!!!! This is exactly happens when we don't directly tell our message to someone. It get distorted!!! When we communicate we need to be direct and concise about what we are trying to say or do. Unlike the game where it's funny, this will lead to a lot less headache! Communication is key!

1. What kind of food are you eating now? 2, Do you naturally eat fatty foods or carb based?
Think about it. We often look at what others have and want what they have, but don't look at what it took for them to get there. It's time to take a hard look inside yourself and figure out the lifestyle you want, the why behind that lifestyle, and then create a plan on how to get there
How in the world do you go about balancing fitness, business, life, and family? That's a question a lot of people ask themselves every day. Truthfully there is no balance. Some days will be leaned more towards one area versus another and some of those days you barely do anything with one of them! Life happens and we have to figure it out as we go. Fortunately, Anthony gives some great insight into how to balance this as well as the importance of routines and structure. A little about Anthony: Anthony develops routines for Entrepreneurs & Parents to achieve optimal success in fitness, business, & life. A legionnaire at 1st Phorm and Arete brother.
Fitness is so much more than just building up a great body. It's building up your mindset and personal growth. Think about it, how hard is it to say no to eating bad food? How hard is it to saying no to yourself? How hard is it to say yes to doing what needs to be done some times? These are all things that we learn to develop through fitness.
Too often we think of fitness and we think only of the physical. Fitness is so much more than that and if you don't think so it's time to think differently. It all starts in the mind! Control your mind and control your body. The mind is powerful. Allow it to start controlling things for once!

Short answer, yes you can!! Now for the long answer. It depends on your goals ultimately. If you're weeks out from a competition you don't want to rearrange workouts, but if you are just training to be healthier it's not a problem. I want you to think about this. Are you taking your fitness serious enough to do something about it or are you just going through the motions? Too often we let this go because, well, life gets in the way! The thing is, if we don't take care of our health our life WILL suffer. It may not be tomorrow or one month from now, but eventually we won't be able to do as much for our family and friends. So think about how serious you're taking your health. Think about a friend who might not be either! Take a few minutes to listen to this episode and see what you can do to take your health more seriously!
What's the difference between motivation and inspiration? Motivation gets you amped up to do something based on a surface level and often fleeting feeling. Inspiration gets you amped up to do something based on a deep emotional level that at least lasts longer than motivation, but usually is what gets people to actually take action!! Think about it this way, when you hear a speech on something and it gets you fired up. You're ready to go out and do something, but you're still driving or had something else in your day to finish first. Because you had these things to finish first by the time you get to the thing you were so ready to do you've lost all that fire. That was motivation. Now think about a time where you heard something and it "triggered" something inside you. Something that you just couldn't turn off until you took care of this "new situation" that perhaps you didn't realize was a pain point in your life. You had been just letting it be a thought, but never something that seemed urgent, but now you think about it all the time. You get knots in your stomach when you haven't accomplished it yet. This is inspiration - when you have something that you HAVE to get done or it'll eat you up. So which one are you trying to bring into your life more? Motivation or Inspiration
