Each month will have a different focus area and the Saturday episodes will help you focus on one small section of that room. In March we decluttered your wardrobe. In April we are moving into budgeting for food. Our Saturday episodes will still be about decluttering. Our declutter focus area for April is your bedroom. In May we dreamed big! Hi my loves
FROM THE VAULT with Bob Goff: ✅ Why hovering over your family is one of the most important things you can do as a dad ✅ How to leave behind treasures your kids will discover long after you are gone ✅ The courage it takes to quit something that no longer fits and start fresh ✅ What Bob learned from his friends at San Quentin about feeding the people around you SUMMARY There are around 8 billion people alive right now, and there have been 107 billion who came before us. That context changes everything about how you spend today with your kids. In this From the Vault conversation, Bob Goff returns to talk about hovering over your family the way God hovered over the earth, leaving behind treasures your kids will discover for years to come, and finding the courage to make bold moves when something in your life needs to change. Bob shares why being fully present matters more than providing, how to live a "no capes" kind of life, and why the small moments will be the bookmarks your kids carry forever. TAKEAWAYS The kind of grandfather you want to be will be a byproduct of the kind of dad you are right now. Hovering over each person in your family means asking what they uniquely need that only you could provide. Living a "no capes" life means doing meaningful things without making a big deal about them. Your family needs you fully present far more than they need what you provide. When something in your life stops fitting, having the courage to quit and start fresh can change everything. GUEST Bob Goff is the bestselling author of Love Does, Everybody Always, Dream Big, and Undistracted, along with several children's books co-written with his daughter Lindsey. He is the founder of Love Does, a nonprofit that operates schools and safe houses for children in conflict zones around the world. Bob and his wife, Sweet Maria, live in San Diego and spend much of their time at The Oaks, where they host gatherings for dreamers and world changers. They have three grown children and several grandchildren. Quotes "The kind of grandfather you want to be will be a byproduct of the kind of dad that you are." — Bob Goff "Hover over each person in your family. What does kid number one need that I could only uniquely provide them?" — Bob Goff "What your family really needs you to provide is you, like, fully present." — Bob Goff "Sometimes the familiar will get in the way of what's actually possible." — Bob Goff "Everybody doesn't get a slice, but everybody's fed." — Bob Goff Links Join the DadAwesome Prayer Team: Text "pray" to (651) 370-8618 Send a Voice Message to DadAwesome Apply to join the next DadAwesome Accelerator Cohort Subscribe to DadAwesome Messages: Text the word "Dad" to (651) 370-8618 Send a Voice Message to DadAwesome 7-Day Video Series: dadawesome.org/book DadAwesome Podcast: dadawesome.org/podcast Free Chapter + Intro Video Series: dadawesome.org/book Apply to join the next DadAwesome Accelerator Cohort: Email awesome@dadawesome.org Subscribe to DadAwesome Messages: Text "Dad" to (651) 370-8618 Dad Awesome book: dadawesome.org/book https://www.bobgoff.com/ Bob's BOOKS

The Knicks continue to look like one of the most dangerous teams left in the playoffs and Evan Roberts and Tiki Barber discuss whether this run could finally lead to an NBA championship. The guys break down the team's offensive balance, the impact of OG Anunoby and Mikal Bridges, and why the Knicks' chemistry and playoff experience are separating them from the rest of the Eastern Conference. They also debate whether this roster is more talented than the beloved Knicks teams from the 1990s. The conversation shifts to the biggest concerns for New York moving forward, including foul trouble for Karl Anthony Towns and Mitchell Robinson and the possibility of Joel Embiid turning the series more physical. Evan and Tiki react to frustrated Philadelphia fans, analyze the adjustments both teams could make in Game 2, and explain why the Knicks may ultimately be their own biggest obstacle in the postseason.
St. Germain has a message for you and it is urgent: now is the time to dream big. Not later. Not when conditions improve. Not when you feel ready. Now. In this episode I read and discuss powerful channelings from St. Germain as channeled through Daniel Scranton — one of the most consistent and respected channelers working today. St. Germain brings a frequency unlike any other ascended master. He carries the energy of radical transformation, the violet flame, and the unshakable conviction that you came here to do something extraordinary with this lifetime. These channelings cut through the noise. St. Germain addresses why so many seekers have been playing small — shrinking their desires to match their current circumstances instead of expanding their circumstances to match their desires. He speaks directly to the soul contracts you wrote before incarnation, the dreams you buried under practicality and fear, and the cosmic support system that is already in place waiting for you to give it something magnificent to work with. I follow the readings with a full summary and discussion connecting the threads across all of the messages, because when you hear them together a much larger picture emerges — one of radical self-responsibility married to radical self-love, desires as navigation tools, and a threshold humanity is crossing right now. St. Germain says your biggest dreams are the ones most aligned with who you actually are. The small dreams are the distortion. The big ones are the truth.

Evan Roberts and Tiki Barber react to the fallout from Alex Cora's departure in Boston and the messy details revealed by Phillies president Dave Dombrowski. The guys debate what the wildly different player reactions in Boston and Philadelphia say about Cora versus Rob Thomson, where Cora could end up next, and why the Yankees Red Sox rivalry still matters even during uneven seasons. The conversation also shifts back to the Yankees' roster outlook with Anthony Volpe nearing a return, Jose Caballero forcing his way into everyday playing time, and speculation growing around George Lombard Jr.'s future role. Evan and Tiki discuss possible trade deadline targets, Aaron Judge's championship pressure, bullpen concerns, and whether the Yankees are truly doing enough to maximize this era while Judge is still dominating the sport.

Making Time for Your Next Chapter — mitchmatthews.com/time (free with code H2LEADERSHIP) In this episode, Alan Briggs sits down with Mitch Matthews — coach, speaker, and host of the Dream Think Do podcast — for a conversation that feels less like an interview and more like two coaches getting honest with each other over coffee. Mitch is the CEO of a training organization focused on helping executives, entrepreneurs, and founders define what success actually means to them — and then build a plan to go after it. What unfolds is a wide-ranging, practical, and genuinely fun dialogue about dreams, the questions that unlock them, the questions that shut people down, and what it looks like to lead well in a moment of historic change. If you've ever locked up when someone asked you what your big dream is — or if you've watched someone else lock up when you asked them — this episode is going to reframe how you think about that conversation entirely. What You'll Learn in This Episode: Mitch's origin story — from a 12-year-old loitering at a bike shop in Iowa to discovering his life's calling at a Schwinn Selling School at 14 Why Mitch calls his work "success coaching" instead of life or executive coaching — and why that distinction matters The Dream Think Do framework — why dreaming has to come before thinking, and why most people start strategizing too early Why the question "what's your big dream?" actually shuts people down — and the better questions to ask instead The power of the word "might" — and how one small word change opens up possibilities that pressure closes off What semantic interference is and why it matters for every leader, coach, mentor, and manager in the room The story of the first Big Dream Gathering — how a product nightmare in 2006 became a movement now happening on college campuses and corporate retreats across the country Why dreams have seasons — and how to tell the difference between a dream that isn't right and a dream that just isn't right yet How the best leaders are navigating AI — standing in the tension of what's scary and what's possible at the same time Why AI is actually making people hunger for real human connection — and what that means for coaches and leaders Alan and Mitch coach each other live on the question "what do you want?" — and what makes a great clarifying question great Reflection Questions: What's something you want to experience more often — and what would it take to give yourself permission to pursue it? Are you dreaming before you think, or are you jumping straight to strategy before you've given yourself enough space to imagine? Where in your leadership are you standing in the tension between what's scary and what's possible? Free Resource from Mitch: Mitch put together a training called Making Time for Your Next Chapter — built specifically for high achievers who want to figure out what's next but feel like they don't have the time to even think about it. It's normally $97, but he's making it free for H2 Leadership listeners. Head to mitchmatthews.com/time and use the code H2LEADERSHIP at checkout. You can't dream big enough was a challenge often heard from the widely acknowledged voice of Agriculture, Orion Samuelson. Just after graduating from college the host of Farm To Table Talk, Rodger Wasson had the good fortune to host a Radio Farm Show in Normal, Illinois and subsequently become acquainted with the legendary host of the Chicago based clear channel WGN Radio Farm Show. Orion Samuelson made it is life's work to support farmers and remind consumers that since they eat they're part of agriculture. Orion recently passed away at the age of 91. Courtesy of the Lincoln Laureates podcast we are sharing views from Orion that he expressed in conversation with broadcast journalist Jim Bohannon. The conversation recorded in 2022 celebrates the Lincoln Academy of Illinois having honored Orion Samuelson as a leader who has contributed to the betterment of humanity. https://www.LincolnAcademyIllinois.org
What if the problem isn't your work… but your alignment? In this episode of the Retire Southern Podcast, James Lewis and his wife Amanda sit down with Callie and Jeff Dauler to explore a question most people avoid. What happens when your life looks right on paper… but feels wrong in practice? From the outside, Callie and Jeff had built successful, visible careers in media. But behind the scenes, something wasn't lining up. And instead of ignoring it, they made a decision most people only talk about. They stepped away. What followed was a complete rethinking of how they approach work, creativity, and life. At the center of that shift is a simple but powerful idea they call the Lily Pad Strategy. You don't jump the whole pond. You move one intentional step at a time. This conversation goes deeper into: Why "success" without alignment creates friction you can't ignore The Lily Pad Strategy and how small moves lead to meaningful change What most people get wrong about podcasting, growth, and audience Why getting the right 10 people matters more than reaching 10,000 The tradeoffs that come with building something that looks successful from the outside This is not a conversation about quitting. It is a conversation about choosing. Choosing clarity over noise. Choosing alignment over expectation. Choosing a life that actually fits. If you have ever felt the tension between where you are and where you want to be, this one will resonate. Jump small. Because that is how you get across the pond.
