De vraag is of deze zesde generatie weer afstand neemt van de rest. Op het eerste gezicht valt vooral het vernieuwde design op. De oortjes zijn compacter en matter afgewerkt dan hun voorganger, het doosje is iets groter geworden. Sony zegt dat ongeveer 25 procent van het gebruikte plastic circulair is. De pasvorm is comfortabel, mede dankzij nieuwe eartips, al is het even zoeken naar de juiste maat. De WF-1000XM6 beschikt over een nieuwe audiodriver en extra ventilatieopeningen om het afgesloten gevoel in je oren te verminderen. In de praktijk levert dat een rijk en gedetailleerd geluid op, met een krachtige maar gecontroleerde bas. Noise cancelling is opnieuw een speerpunt: met acht microfoons (vier per oordopje) wordt omgevingsgeluid effectief weggefilterd. Al voelt het soms een beetje alsof de oortjes zoeken naar de juiste afstelling van de ruisonderdrukking. De batterijduur bedraagt ongeveer acht uur op één lading en tot 24 uur met de oplaadcase. Dat is marktconform. De gesprekskwaliteit is verbeterd, al zijn er concurrenten die tijdens videogesprekken consistenter klinken. Toch zit de kritiek in de details. De touchbediening is gevoelig; een capuchon kan onbedoeld functies activeren. De bijbehorende Sony-app biedt uitgebreide instellingen, maar voelt minder overzichtelijk dan sommige alternatieven. En met een adviesprijs van circa 300 euro positioneert Sony zich boven bijvoorbeeld de AirPods Pro, die wat goedkoper zijn en vaak meer te bieden hebben in functionaliteit. In this episode of the show, Binksy and Stu look back at Day 4 of the 2026 Men's T20 World Cup, which featured three games: Netherlands v Namibia, New Zealand v UAE and Pakistan v USA. We start the show by discussing the Black Caps' win against the UAE, which saw them power home thanks to a record-breaking partnership between Tim Seifert & Finn Allen. We talk about playing smart, bowling rotations, Alishan & Waseem's 100-run partnership and the impact of Michael Bracewell's injury news. The first game of the day saw the Netherlands bounce back from their tough loss to Pakistan with a fairly comfortable win against Namibia. There were missed chances early, but Aryan Dutt and Logan van Beek were impressive with the ball, then Bas de Leede produced an all-round masterclass to ice the game and get the Dutch back on track. Next we move on to Pakistan's victory against the USA, which edges them one step closer to the Super 8s. There were runs for Farhan and Babar, then wickets for the spinners to restrict the USA. Despite the loss for the USA, there's praise for Shadley van Schalkwyk and the batting of Ranjane & Jahangir, plus Shadab Khan's impact for Pakistan. To round out the show, the boys look ahead to Day 5, which looks set to be a cracker, with games between Afghanistan and South Africa, England and the West Indies, plus Australia begin their World Cup against Ireland. Durante años buscó desesperadamente a su hijo mayor, quien fue desaparecido por su ex pareja durante 10 años. Hoy cumple una sentencia de 50 años de prisión por un delito que no cometió. Lleva 2 años y 8 meses encarcelada. Tiene 40 años. Si cumple la sentencia completa, saldrá a los 90. Based solely on the fact that the vehicle was registered in her name, with no other evidence, no witnesses linking her to the crime, no identified accomplices, she was accused of kidnapping a 32-year-old man by herself. Today she's serving a 50-year prison sentence for a crime she didn't commit. She's been locked up for 2 years and 8 months. She's 40 years old. If she serves the full sentence, she'll get out at 90. Janette's story exposes the structural failures of the Mexican justice system: convictions without sufficient evidence, presumption of guilt instead of innocence, and how victims of systematic violence end up being punished twice by a State that never protected them.
