Here Comes Trubble is an aching yearn back to a time long past. A time of fluorescent vests, whistles, horns and pharmaceutical experimentation. The '90s was arguably a definitive time for music - but against the more mainstream Britpop raged a scene that hasn't died, as was widely predicted. Hardc…
Once upon a time I was booked for a Spring party in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. It fell through in the end, but this was my planned set. Little more mainstream than usual, but still a fine selection of old and new DnB
Set from this year's Christmas celebration of Jungle at Kaohsiung's Venue club. All new tracks delivered just the way Jesus would have liked.
It's been nearly a year since I last uploaded - let's hope it was worth the wait. New jungle tunes from the intervening period.
A veritable smorgasbord of different styles of jungle - some old, some new, all bloodclot
Collection of some very new hardcore - still retains that old skool vibe though, so don't panic.
Been a fair while since I was on the airwaves at Energy1058.com - but I finally pulled my finger out and blazed a few jungle flavours for your eargaps. I hope you enjoy them.
Look at it all - so lovely and shiny and new! A collection of some of the newest and not that newest tunes from the past few months.
Absolute monster of a nearly three hour mix from the awesome Muzikbox night I DJed at. First two hours were planned - don't blame me for the rest.
In my final few days held captive in a Taiwanese military facility, where I've been for two (bastard) weeks, I thought it'd be good to give it some Johnny Cash and do a set. That's what I did - it's all hardcore and it's all for you.
With some added later tunes from his collection, here's a mix with all the new tunes DJ Seduction just released as part of the Back To 92-94 Kickstarter project. I likes them.

Revisiting the annuls to mix it up on a '92 tip. I do this only for you.
Another jungle smackdown featuring lots of new tracks from the likes of Tim Reaper and Ricky Force.
Getting more and more difficult to come up with arrangements on the same theme for titles here. Although I've for sure nailed it this time.
Back to a more traditional Trubble for me - lots of lully hardcore from ages ago and not so long ago
Another collection of some of the biggest hardcore tunes from the golden era.
This is almost completely a New Jungle set and then, wouldn't you know it, a little hardcore snuck in through the back door. Naughty hardcore.
Some crowd pleasers alongside a few less well-known bangers to get you bobbing along on a Saturday night, or whenever you see fit to listen. Your choice, really.
Flipped it this week for the show and put hardcore in the minority this time. It'll stay there until it learns to behave itself.
So a tiny bit of 4x4 crept into this mix but you won't hear me apologising. A little bit of everything does you good. Except Covid. That does not do you good.
OK, so only a couple of jungle tracks here, but they deserved a mention. Little longer than usual due to a tardy handover online.
Back in the UK, and it's grrrrreat.... Anyway, here's my first set for Energy1058.com since returning without a mic as I had to leave it in Taiwan cos of eight restrictions. For more scintillating anecdotes DM me.
A little self indulgent mix of some of my favourite beautiful tunes. Something to make you smile.
Last mix from the Far East, I think it's gonna be Far Out. See you back in the nuthouse.
Real mix of some old and new hardcore tracks - pretty uplifting stuff, mostly, but a couple of dangerously dark to keep you on your toes.
Reloading this as it wasn't transferring to my podcast - it's still the same collection of hardcore bangers to get you there on a lonely lockdown.
Played out at Taiwan's premier bass festival this weekend. Check out some of the tunes which all have bass in common. And dragons.
Often it's hardcore, but today it's jungle - with a smattering of hardcore - from the breakout year, 1994. Some hard to find precious in here made to make your mouth water.
Some further adventures in hardcore. A few lesser known tunes for the previously disenchanted.
Had a week off the radio this week, so I got into the studio to bring you this week's dose of hardcore. And it definitely is as studio as shown and not an ironing board in my bedroom.
Pulling some newer tunes from the virtual crate for the Energy1058 show this week. Who said hardcore will die...?
A few floaty and jumpy smashers from that period where it didn't matter what you were into - so long as you knew how to fling yourself around
Another switch to Jungle for a week - here's some of the newer releases from the past year. Run come follow me.
Little longer than usual due to tech issues, here's some hardcore Hubble bringing the old skool into the new. Please enjoy responsibly.
Something to get you wiggling and whining 'pon the dancefloor. And when I say dancefloor I mean your living room as we're not allowed out. Please dance safely.
If you ask, it will come. Another live stream of hardcore stonkers from Taiwan as we consider the end of the world. At least it'll have a good soundtrack.
Bringing you the sounds of the Hardcore from thousands of miles away - first live streamed set from Taiwan and long overdue. Enjoy!
Lots of classic tunes from a time when we weren't all about to die. Better days. Can we go back, please?
A session recorded for one of the radio stations I play for. It's hardcore. It mostly is.
Been off for a month, but now I'm back bringing you flavas from the old and new skool. Please accept this as my comeback tour - however minimal.
Hardcore uproar - you know the score, you know you want more, call for the encore of the hardcore. And so on...
So you wanna work off that festive cheer? Dance, walk, run, cycle, thrash, mosh - however you do it, do it to this BPM and it'll fall off. Fact.
After waiting many months Christmas came early this week when the new tunes from Old Skool legend DJ Seduction came through from his Kickstarter campaign. I've mixed them together with a bunch of his other tunes/remixes. I hope you enjoy!
Some tunes here which are tricky to get hold of, unless you're Elon Musk and have bags of cash at your disposal. Pretty difficult to get digital files too so there may be some tracks that aren't so familiar to your ears. I might be wrong, but it hasn't happened yet...
Bringing a bit of this, that and the other for a long overdue mix up. Got hold of some lickle beauties here! Please use as you see fit.
OK, so maybe there's a couple of 92 in here and possibly a nu skool or two, but 90% of this is the year many consider the golden annus - I nearly chose that for the name of this, but I think people may have got the wrong idea. Enjoy!
Mixing up the styles from the old to the nu - love blending these tunes and I'll bet you can't guess which is which...?
Shout out Bukem and the Good Looking crew - here's a mix to soothe and move romance. Grab a tall iced drink and sip this mix by the poolside. One for the blissed.
The title says it all really - these are, in actual fact, some of my very favourite jungle tunes OF ALL TIME. They're that important. Take note...
Had a couple of weeks off, but back bigger than ever with a furious blend of Nu Skool tunes to shake yer batty to. Get involved and tell your friends
Many things to many people - this mix has it all, including a picture of the Mash robots. For those that know.
