Hip Hop Therapy promises two things: 1. You will be entertained 2. Come find out (That's marketing) Join a Barry named Bear as I give the solutions to building the world that we want. There's two songs, one activity, and zero wasted time.
The beautiful thing about this one is that it was an hour long (check the tape). That's peak Therapy folks. This completes the trifecta so we hop right into it. Recorded on my last day of prescribed youth directly after a Fantasy Football Rookie Draft. *Is the best audio-physiological experience on the internet after ...(google Cymatics and thank me when you elevate:) Trigger Warnings!!! To Moms - I love you all, doing God's work. To all Ladies - Best part of pulling is that y'all decide if you want to be ;) To Dads/Husbands - Listen to R Kelly to know what to expect (sorry..I guess) To people who hate the sound of my voice - This one isn't for you but of you made it this far, might as well. To the children/babies - I apologize for adult's immaturity. We were all kids once too. Accountability + Self-Respect +Empathy = Love
I have the fullest Faith in Divine Timing and now is the season to drop this. Love Warrior style. This is one I kept in the tuck because when you got a banger, it's gotta be released when the moment is right. For those who are unaware, I had a moment as a radio DJ on a 70's, 80's and Whatever station (Shoutout 99.9) maybe I'm actually a year early? Anyways, this was one of my Two for Tuesdays shows (Same artist, back-to-back) where I talked about how we got our beautiful Language of Money. I read today to "be humble" so all I tease is that this show, this music, this topic, and how we choose how to "spend" our time is interconnected. I'll be on You(r) Tube soon to explore. Hate forms when we Lose our Love and the only way Out is Through the Payne (Word Allusion). Sorry for the wait, I've been healing and dealing with family, relationship, and work drama so check out Previous Sessions for a little gift and I hope you enjoy my singing :)
We are back in session with the not so impromptu drop. I am joined by the the wisdom of Payne (hint hint) and this time around it's all about Bonds. Couldn't wait to get this out as 2024 is the Katt Williams proclaimed Year of Exposing. StayTuned :)
I've been out living and failing but there's always a lesson in the attempt. This is a little culmination of what's to come. First off, the Yang. Also, this YouTube TedTalk is Everything. Rest yours eyes once the music starts and.... youtu.be/p2jtMEkdh6g
There really are no coincidences. Allow me to return to the intenet streets with some drunken wisdom of years past that aludes to today's clarity. Hip Hop Therapy is back in session!
Well Folks, I'm back and ready to begin the next phase in this drama called Existing. But before I do, I have to tell you what I learned. Bear Blanchard is coming out the Den, Winter is over! See you soon for Season 3.
Forgive me for my hiatus, I've been in the lab putting together the best possible way to end Season 2. This is the way it turned out. Being Black and highlighting Therapy? Being a Man and using vulnerability as a Strength?? Being a Chunkster and promoting daily exercise??? This week is the reversal. Where we "bury" the old and lay a NEW foundation culminated with a quality Beer ;)
I'm sick of feeling helpless. So I'm gonna do something about it. You in or out?
I am back with a heartwrencher. This new season is all about relationships and being vulnerable so why not start with myself.
Good evening Ladies and Gents, I hope you missed me :) This is some prior preparation for what Season 2 of Hip Hop Therapy is about to tackle: Relationships. It is my favorite session of the now retired Old School/Classic Hip Hop Saturday Night. I believe it to be the perfect segway into the crucial aspect of taking past experiences and letting them guide you to the place and person you aim to be. Season 1 was the introduction, now I get to show you why they call me Bear. (Do ya Googles)

You ever go to the store for one thing and leave with everything but the one thing you went for? This is that.
DJ Bear Blanchard is in. Why read when you can listen.
