Every episode will be a different topic regarding music and entertainment and diving deep into the impact they have on society. If you are a lover of music and entertainment with an opinion, strap in - because we’re about to get into somethings.
2022 was arguably one of the most significant years in music. The legends came back in such a major way, we just had to come back on here and discuss it all. The G.O.A.T. Beyonce came back with her historic project RENAISSANCE. This album was the first major project of the year that came in and made an impact. Beyonce took a village and created a body of work that presented a culture that is not often represented on a large level. Rihanna was named the 2023 Super Bowl Halftime performer. As a known hitmaker, Rihanna is a great choice due to her multi-genre discography and generational songs. Taylor Swift came back with her 10th studio album, Midnights. As a Taylor Swift fan, we had to get into what this says for her career. Taylor has been able to sustain a level of acclaim and success for the past 16 years, which is an incredible accomplishment. We close the show by discussing the 2023 Grammy Nominations. With Adele, Beyonce, Harry Styles, Lizzo, and Bad Bunny being nominated for major awards, we had to discuss our predictions. Overall, 2022 was an iconic year for music and the impact was insane! --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app
