“A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.”[John 13:34-35]

By this time it was late in the day, so his disciples came to him. “This is a remote place,” they said, “and it’s already very late. Send the people away so that they can go to the surrounding countryside and villages and buy themselves something to eat.” But he answered, “You give them something to eat.”[Mark 6:30-44]

Prayer is not about bending God to our will, it’s us aligning to God’s will.If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you.[John 15:7]

… “Who are you, Lord?” Saul asked.“I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting,” he replied. “Now get up and go into the city, and you will be told what you must do.”..[Acts 9]

You are all children of the light and children of the day. We do not belong to the night or to the darkness. So then, let us not be like others, who are asleep, but let us be awake and sober. For those who sleep, sleep at night, and those who get drunk, get drunk at night. But since we belong to the day, let us be sober, putting on faith and love as a breastplate, and the hope of salvation as a helmet. For God did not appoint us to suffer wrath but to receive salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ. [1 Thessalonians 5:5-12]

They gave Moses this account: “We went into the land to which you sent us, and it does flow with milk and honey! Here is its fruit. But the people who live there are powerful, and the cities are fortified and very large. We even saw descendants of Anak there. The Amalekites live in the Negev; the Hittites, Jebusites and Amorites live in the hill country; and the Canaanites live near the sea and along the Jordan.” Then Caleb silenced the people before Moses and said, “We should go up and take possession of the land, for we can certainly do it.”[Numbers 13-14]

“Then the man bowed down and worshiped the Lord, saying, “Praise be to the Lord, the God of my master Abraham, who has not abandoned his kindness and faithfulness to my master…”[Genesis 24]

For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.[Jeremiah 29:11]

“Don’t remember the former things; don’t dwell on things past. Watch! I’m about to carry out something new! And now it’s springing up—don’t you recognize it? I’m making a way in the wilderness and paths in the desert.[Isaiah 43:16-21]

Now an angel of the Lord said to Philip, “Go south to the road—the desert road—that goes down from Jerusalem to Gaza.” So he started out, and on his way he met an Ethiopian eunuch, an important official in charge of all the treasury of the Kandake (which means “queen of the Ethiopians”). Christmas was never meant to be about gifts under a tree. Christmas is always about a gift that died on a tree.

“…Moses answered the people, “Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the Lord will bring you today. The Egyptians you see today you will never see again. The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.” Then the Lord said to Moses, “Why are you crying out to me? Tell the Israelites to move on…”[Exodus 14-15]

“…In the same way, count yourselves dead to sin but alive to God in Christ Jesus. Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal body so that you obey its evil desires. Do not offer any part of yourself to sin as an instrument of wickedness, but rather offer yourselves to God as those who have been brought from death to life; and offer every part of yourself to him as an instrument of righteousness. For sin shall no longer be your master, because you are not under the law, but under grace.”[Romans 6:4-14]

As Jesus looked up, he saw the rich putting their gifts into the temple treasury. He also saw a poor widow put in two very small copper coins. “Truly I tell you,” he said, “this poor widow has put in more than all the others. All these people gave their gifts out of their wealth; but she out of her poverty put in all she had to live on.”[Luke 21:1-4]

…But Jesus immediately said to them: “Take courage! It is I. Don’t be afraid.”…[Matthew 14:22-33]

…“If you abide in me and my words abide in you, you can ask for anything you want, and you’ll receive it. This is how my Father is glorified, when you produce a lot of fruit and so prove to be my disciples.[John 15:1-8]

Six days later, Jesus took Peter, James, and his brother John and led them up a high mountain by themselves. His appearance was changed in front of them, his face shone like the sun, and his clothes became as white as light. Suddenly, Moses and Elijah appeared to them, talking with Jesus. Then Peter told Jesus, “Lord, it’s good that we’re here! If you want, I’ll set up three shelters—one for you, one for Moses, and one for Elijah.”[Matthew 17:1-4]

“…and standing behind him at his feet, weeping, she began to wet his feet with her tears and wiped them with the hair of her head and kissed his feet and anointed them with the ointment...”[Luke 7:36-50]

“Have you not known? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He does not faint or grow weary; his understanding is unsearchable. He gives power to the faint, and to him who has no might he increases strength. Even youths shall faint and be weary, and young men shall fall exhausted; but they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.”[Isaiah 40:28-31]

In union with him you were also circumcised with a circumcision performed without human hands by stripping off the corrupt nature by the circumcision performed by the Messiah. When you were buried with the Messiah in baptism, you were also raised with him through faith in the power of God, who raised him from the dead. Even when you were dead because of your offenses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, God made you alive with him when he forgave us all of our offenses.[Colossians 2:11-13]

Dear friends, do not be surprised by the fiery ordeal that is taking place among you to test you, as though something strange were happening to you. Instead, because you are participating in the sufferings of the Messiah, keep on rejoicing, so that you may be glad and shout for joy when his glory is revealed. If you are insulted because of the name of the Messiah, you are blessed, for the glorious Spirit of God is resting on you.[1 Peter 4:12-14]

Be sure to observe the commands of the Lord your God, his testimonies, and his decrees that he gave you.[Deuteronomy 6:17]

On a Sabbath, while he was going through the grainfields, his disciples plucked and ate some heads of grain, rubbing them in their hands. But some of the Pharisees said, “Why are you doing what is not lawful to do on the Sabbath?” And Jesus answered them, “Have you not read what David did when he was hungry, he and those who were with him: how he entered the house of God and took and ate the bread of the Presence, which is not lawful for any but the priests to eat, and also gave it to those with him?” And he said to them, “The Son of Man is lord of the Sabbath.”…[Luke 6]

David’s two wives, Ahinoam from Jezreel and Abigail, Nabal’s former wife, had been captured. David was in great danger because all the people were bitter because of their sons and daughters, and they were talking about stoning him. But David found strength in the Lord his God.[1 Samuel 30]

…Then the woman left her water jar and went back to town. She told people, “Come, see a man who told me everything I’ve ever done! Could he possibly be the Messiah?”The people left the town and started on their way to him…[John 4:1-40]

…“Go out,” he responded, “and stand on the mountain in the presence of the Lord.” And there was the Lord, passing by!..[1 Kings 19:9-18]

You will not understand a father’s love until you understand his sacrifice.“…Abraham answered, “God will provide himself the lamb for the burnt offering, my son.”The two of them went on together and came to the place about which God had spoken. Abraham built an altar there, arranged the wood, tied up his son Isaac, and placed him on the altar on top of the wood. Then he stretched out his hand and grabbed the knife to slaughter his son…”[Genesis 22:1-14]

Let brotherly love continue. Stop neglecting to show hospitality to strangers, for by showing hospitality some have had angels as their guests without being aware of it. Continue to remember those in prison as if you were in prison with them, as well as those who are mistreated, since they also are only mortal.[Hebrews 13:1-3]

…When he was alone with the Twelve and those around him, they began to ask him about the parables. He told them, “The secret about the kingdom of God has been given to you. But to those on the outside, everything comes in parables so that‘they may see clearly but not perceive, and they may hear clearly but not understand, otherwise they might turn around and be forgiven.’”…[Mark 4:1-20]

When Jesus had come to the region of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, “Who do people say the Son of Man is?”[Matthew 16:13]

Is our physical appearance more important to us than the content of our hearts?Just as he chose us in the Messiah before the creation of the universe to be holy and blameless in his presence. In love he predestined us for adoption to himself through Jesus the Messiah, according to the pleasure of his will, so that we would praise his glorious grace that he gave us in the Beloved One.[Ephesians 1:4-6]

After Moses, the servant of the Lord, had died, the Lord spoke to Nun’s son Joshua, announcing to him, “My servant Moses is dead. Now get ready to cross the Jordan River—you and all the people—to the land that I’m giving the Israelis. I’m giving you every place where the sole of your foot falls, just as I promised Moses. Your territorial border will extend from the wilderness to the Lebanon Mountains, to the river—that great River Euphrates—all the land of the Hittites—as far as the Mediterranean Sea where the sun sets. No one will be victorious against you for the rest of your life. I’ll be with you just like I was with Moses—I’ll neither fail you nor abandon you…[Joshua 1:1-9]

For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation to all people. It trains us to renounce ungodly living and worldly passions so that we might live sensible, honest, and godly lives in the present age as we wait for the blessed hope and glorious appearance of our great God and Savior, Jesus the Messiah. He gave himself for us to set us free from every wrong and to cleanse us so that we could be his special people who are enthusiastic about doing good deeds.[Titus 2:11-14]

One group saw a problem and another saw a promise. Which one do you belong to?[Numbers 13:26-33]

Throughout the bible, one of the messages is for us to love one another. With Pastor Khoi, we went through 1 John 3 where we see how love and hate can affect the world to the core.[1 John 3]

Sometimes we pray out of desperation, sometimes out of gratefulness. We pray, because we know that God is real. Prayer is so much more then we asking God for something.[Matthew 6 & Luke 11]

Jesus proclaimed that He is the light of the world. Whoever follows Him will never walk in darkness. Have you been looking for His light?[John 8:12-20]

Our relationship with God will change us. We went through the story of Peter and how his relationship with Jesus changed him into a different man. Jesus wants to have relationship with us. How is your relationship with Him? How does it change you?[Matthew 4]

Look out for your heart for God. Take care not to drift away. John Mayne from Power To Change is back and he touches on the story of David and Saul.[1 Samuel 16]

Pastor Dexter went through the story of Joseph and dug deeper into what happened in their broken family.[Genesis 37]

We always say that we are too busy all the time. However, we also worry about many things at the same time. Then, do you want to be too busy to worry about life? Let’s listen to what Dr Fred Toke have to say.[Ecclesiastes 5:20]

Jesus is meeting you where you are. Now we might have heard this phrase before. But do we really understand it? Do we understand how He not only meet us where we are, but also spiritually goes down to our level? Have you kept your faith through the storms of life? It’s easy to doubt with the problems and challenges we all face. It is okay to occasionally doubt, dut do we really want to take the easy way, even when we know that we have a bigger purpose somewhere else?[John 20:24-30]

As a human being facing everyday’s troubles and dramas, we all seek peace in our hearts. People advertised that they’re offering peace, by doing meditation, by taking drugs, by drinking and all other stuff. But peace, might not be too far away from us.[John 20:19-23]

He shed tears and sweat like blood. He knows what kind of challenge and trials He needs to go through. But He took the step anyway, not because He had to but because of His love for us.[Mark 14:32-41]

We go through life and most of the time we do not understand the reason of anything that happened. We have ups and downs and all we can do is to wonder what might happen next. However, when things are unclear, the natural reaction for us humans is to worry and be scared of it. What if I tell you that there is a Spirit sealed within us that can help us with our struggle and set us free? Listen in to find out more.[Matthew 7:22-23]

Often times we look down on children, thinking that we know better than them. But don’t we realise that we can learn a lot from little children? Jesus even said that the Kingdom of God belong to people like little children. That is so amazing. What is their secret?[Mark 10:13-16]

We read from Mark chapter 5 where Jesus did a lot of miracles. However, never think that miracle is no more, miracle still happens today. Don’t be afraid of whatever facing you, just believe in Jesus.[Mark 5:21-43]

Can you imagine if you need to be carrying God wherever you need to go? What happen if one day you forgot and your day do not go as supposed to be? Luckily such a thing is nonsense when we know that God is the one carrying us. He is with us, where ever we are, what ever we do.[Isaiah 46:1-7]
