Companies Change. 6/17 After Aunt Jemima mascot was retired, Uncle Ben, Mrs. Butterworth the guy from the cream of wheat box. Some people understand the need for change and others don’t. Mrs Butterworth and Aunt Jemima were designed to look like mammies. Uncle Ben Cream of Wheat’s character was named Rastus until they hired Frank K White to be the face. A pejorative term for black men.     Racists are being outted Cajon Valley Employee calling black people barbaric savages National City Police Officer   Hollywood Editors Outraged.   White Saviors It is not exclusive to white people, regardless of the name.
