Dj LORD is a key member of Public Enemy and Prophets of Rage, legendary turntablist and multi-genre Dj. His style is a unique combination of precision cuts, lots of bass and unexpected mixes that keep crowds worldwide rocking. While growing up in Savannah, GA, LORD was exposed to the 80's Philly Dj scene by a cousin and set his sights on learning the craft. Heavily influenced by industry pioneers he quickly learned key scratches and started incorporating them into his sets. His own style rapidly developed. By 1999, LORD's expertise as a battle Dj, as well as an all-around performer, was noticed by Professor Griff of Public Enemy, who was looking for a new Dj due to Terminator X's retirement. A month after meeting, LORD was on Public Enemy's 40th World Tour. Since joining as a permanent member, he has been an integral part of the group from production to touring. The rest is history. As a DJ, LORD has done it all. He has performed at everything from world-class events like the Grammy Awards to festivals like Coachella and Glastonbury. He has played at the top clubs in the USA, Asia, Australia and Europe and has numerous battle titles including U.S. Finalist in I.T.F. and DMC. He has even been called the Bruce Lee of turntables. LORD is one of the most versatile DJs in the game. While Dj battles and Hip Hop are the foundation of his career, LORD is widely recognized for his high-energy shows that seamlessly fuse turntablism with impeccable multi-genre music selection leaving crowds screaming for more. Having mastered the art of Djing, LORD is pursuing his second love, producing. He has produced tracks for Public Enemy and with Dubstep groups TrillBass and HULK—and he's just getting warm. Tonight, on It's Real Talk Radio, is the fourth installment of our "Conspiracy Theories" series. The first 3 were some of our best material and tonight is no different as we will be discussing Censorship and population control. As some of you may know, Bobby G has a new YouTube channel where he releases new content on YouTube every Sunday. Well on his 3rd episode, YouTube flagged and banned his content because Bobby had some opposing views to the COVID-19 vaccine and he shared them. Tay Real also put out some content about 9/11 on the It's Real Talk Radio YouTube page, which was also banned and YouTube's reason was they considered it "Hate speech." Yes, you heard right, HATE SPEECH! What we wanna know is why can't people have opposing views without having their content banned? We've seen what has happened to Nick Cannon and his discussion with Professor Griff and countless others. Now we understand that there's gonna be a 0 tolerance for acts of violence and we agree with that stance, but if it isn't violent, people should be able to express their views, regardless if it's popular belief or not. But times are changing and media and social media are more censored than ever! This also ties into population control because how do you control a population? Censorship is a nice start. Population Control isn't just about keeping the population to a certain capacity, so you can control them more effectively, but also controlling what they say, where they go, who they affiliate themselves with and so on. For instants, jail can be a form of population control because everyone who's in jail isn't guilty. These are some of the points we'll be touching on tonight, so make sure you tune in, because it's about to get real! Call In # 563-999-3434

Thanks for joining us for Episode #8 of our new podcast entitled 'Our Point of View.' Each week Adrian, Justin & Lionel bring you into their friendship and discuss topics around various issues of interest. This week we dive into the topic of loyalty. A few months back Nick Cannon was let go from Viacom's Wild-N-Out because of disparaging comments he made while on his podcast with Professor Griff. Since he was no longer going to be able to host the show, Viacom approached DC Young Fly to offer him the position, but he said he would not take it and would rather show support to Nick. We used this as the backdrop to dive into our discussion of whether this was loyalty or stupidity? Also, do we question Nick's loyalty to DC? With some many varying views around this topic and whether we should be loyal or not, we would love to hear your viewpoint & what you would do in the situation. Follow us wherever podcasts can be heard and let's us know your thoughts about the topics we touched on this week.

Black On Both Sides Episode #92 We mourn the loss of two civil rights giants. John Lewis and C.T. Vivian both passed on this week and want to take the moment to commemorate their lives and successes. Meanwhile, Black rappers are shooting each other in the foot. How gangster is it to shoot a woman? How gangster is it to aim for a foot? How dare the common folk joke them about this situation? Especially when August Alsina is writing future Grammy noms like “Entanglement”. How i n the world did he get Rick Ross on this song? Nick Cannon needs to either stop hanging with People like Professor Griff (who gets him riled up enough to speak out against his financiers), or keep his personal beliefs to himself. Walk it back, Nick. This time he went far enough that when he pulled it back, he now lost support form the brotherhood. Tough spot to be in, but Diddy invited him to join the Revolt team. The attorney general in the state of Kentucky recently got married and this is why Breonna Taylor still has no investigation into her untimely death. Why must we beg for an investigation? Shouldn’t this be a normal occurrence? Body Snatchers in Portland? I didn’t believe it. According to reports this is confirmed by the group doing it that they are acting at the behest of the federal government. Watch your back and stay safe.
