We're allowed to want things and to achieve prosperity but it is important we do not rely solely on those natural things. The more we seek God, the more his will for us will be revealed. Through submission and obedience, the more we will hear the Lord's voice concerning steps towards our future. How do you know an opportunity is from the Lord? God can answer you in various ways. First, the opportunity can be backed up by scripture. The Lord will not send anything your way that contradicts his word. Second, God answers your prayer. Third, you can receive confirmation from wise counsel. If you're struggling in a certain area, confide in those that are God led that will respond honestly and in wisdom. Fourth, you might feel uncomfortable in your current situation. The Lord may be positioning you for this next transition. Fifth, unexpected blessings are presented. The sixth indicator, God can answer you in a dream. Seventh, this opportunity can bless other people. The eighth sign, is this opportunity brings a peace that only the Lord can give. Are you operating in the authority given by our Lord Jesus Christ? If so, it is crucial that we must allow the Holy Ghost to provide discernment on when and where to exercise this authority. Also, we have to maintain a level of responsibility while on this walk to ensure we do not abuse this power. Let's remember to always stay connected to the power so we can avoid showing up powerless during tough battles. This is why we must stay connected to a higher power that is able to check us when we are ready to respond based on our feelings. Being filled with the Holy Ghost develops a new standard for us to operate to when we are effected by a situation that has had a direct or indirect impact. In our society, we see a much needed push to explore various efforts for mental health. In this world, medicine and therapy have been the driving force behind aiding to those experiencing a mental health crisis but also, prayer and faith will uplift you along the way. We must remember to continue to walk in faith and not be ashamed of our situation because God can use anything for his glory. The enemy wants to isolate us at our most vulnerable moments, however the bible says "for my strength is made perfect in weakness" (2 Cor. 12:9). As we sit in the driver seat, trying to navigate through life, God acts as our GPS informing us which routes to take. Sometimes, we choose to get off course because we rely on our own knowledge to aid us in reaching the desired destination. This occurs because we think we can get there faster, but we may end up hitting roadblocks that were never intended for us to endure, had we followed the original directions. God is trying to steer us into a direction that will place us on the right path for where we are destined to go. The toughest transitions in life may cause utter confusion but remember it is all for an intended purpose. In order to grow in this walk, we must leave certain things behind and never look back. Submitting to the will of God, will start our process of purging. Purging is an act of cleansing and purifying so that we may become fruitful. All praise and glory be to God for all the experiences we have endured. If we walk confidently knowing that we are created for a specific reason, our struggles will not seem so terrible.
