The Eagle Scout Show

Jason Richter earned his Eagle Scout in the St. Louis area and went on to a long career with the US Marshals Service.   In this interview we hear about a crime that he helped solve when he was 19 years old that set him on the path to a career in law enforcement.  WARNING - Jason does not go into great detail about the crime but it is still not appropriate for younger listeners. 

Christopher is a BSA Scoutmaster in Mexico City and has a very unique view of the scouting program.  I talk to him about growing up in Mexico and some of the experiences he has leading a troop in another country.  

Tim is the youngest Eagle I have interviewed so far.  We talk about his experiences growing up in Massachusetts with two older brothers.  He also talks about his work experiences in high school and college.  We also spend some time talking about his hobby as a drone pilot. 

Darrell and I met through the Once an Eagle Always an Eagle group on Facebook.  He moved several times growing up and kept scouting everywhere he went.  Hear what he is doing at the Latah Recovery Center and how his scouting experience helped him start and run this center.

Meet Devin Koehler and hear the story of his scouting career and how he saved two lives in July of 2021.

Carl Nicolaysen has been in the restaruant business since he was 17 years old.  Carl and his family built a business owning and managing Taco Bell franchises starting in the 1960's and his children continue to run this business today.  He is also very involved in scouting on a local, regional, and national level.  He has great stories and was very fun to meet and interview.
