Recent news stories indicate that mosquitoes are giving people little bites. Still, they are causing a big threat. Diseases like Malaria, Dengue Fever, and West Nile Virus are affecting many people – and this has somehow convinced health officials in some areas to demand curfews and lockdowns. Mosquito maladies are spreading so much that ironically, Dr. Anthony Fauci is recovering from West Nile Virus. From chemtrail spraying to genetically modified mosquitoes, governments have had a long history of exposing people to deadly diseases and bio-engineered pathogens. The censorship and shutdown of alternative ways to combat disease should be suspect, as should all of these newly generated mosquito viruses. The media that is bought and paid for by Pfizer is amplifying fear again with 24/7 coverage of Bird Flu, another potential pandemic, and breathless reports this is the new Black Death and millions could die. What they do not tell you is the passing of this Bird Flu from bird to cow to human is rare and if it does happen, you can be right in saying that a mad lab somewhere toyed with it and made it a biological weapon. It is a culling scheme with plausible deniability and consequently, has a profound impact on our health and the food supply. Last month, it was reported that two hunters died from the “Zombie Deer Disease” which is contagious among deer and spreads with bodily contact, bodily fluids, and contaminated environments – it can remain in the soil of an area for years after it is introduced. Experts have been warning for years that nearly 100 percent of fatal chronic wasting disease could jump from animals to humans. The wasting disease comes from a prion which is similar to Mad Cow Disease and causes rapid and severe neurological deterioration and eventually, death. This appears to be just one more health problem we have to deal with and be coerced into following irrational rules while taking in toxic chemicals that render us agitated and weak, until we wander around and drop dead. Tonight on Ground Zero (7-10pm, pacific time), Clyde Lewis talks with integrative medical practitioner, Dr. Jason West about DEER DIE-ARY. Gary Pilnick, the CEO of Kelloggs, has drawn backlash after recently suggesting that families with strained finances could cope by eating "cereal for dinner." Food prices have soared in recent years and millions of Americans are trying to cut costs anywhere they can, however, telling people they should eat cereal as an alternative to poverty is actually exploiting the idea of repugnancy for lesser people. Many of these processed food items contain GMOs, artificial additives, insect parts, and weed killer, glyphosate. Let the peasants eat flakes - the bugs and the lab meats will follow as Bidenomics continues to eat up the income of the average American household. Have you ever wondered about the superhero of the mineral world? It's calcium! This mighty mineral isn't just the cornerstone of strong bones and muscles; it's critical for our immune system and overall body function. But here's the kicker: having calcium in the wrong place can be just as problematic as not having enough. Dive into my latest podcast episode where I unravel the mysteries of calcium's role in our bodies. Did you know that our bodies could be hosts to various parasites without us even being aware? In this episode, I unraveled the complexities of natural parasite treatments. Living completely parasite-free is as impractical as avoiding all viruses—simply not feasible. However, I believe in equipping our bodies to thrive in the presence of these microscopic co-inhabitants. We've gone beyond the basics, examining how everything from protozoa to biofilms can impact our health, and why a one-size-fits-all medical approach may not be the answer. Did you know that calcium's role extends far beyond bone health? It's instrumental for our immune function and even helps regulate our sleep. In a recent podcast episode, I dove deep into the complexities of calcium metabolism and discussed how maintaining the right mineral balance is crucial. Bone health is just the start – our body's symphony of minerals plays a vital role in overall wellness. Vitamin D is often lauded for its role in bone health, but it's the unsung heroes—bioflavonoids and vitamin K—that truly complete the calcium absorption story. In this episode, I highlighted how these nutrients work in tandem to ensure calcium finds its way from our bloodstream into our bones, aiding in both bone strength and reducing fracture risk. The interplay of nutrients in our body continues to amaze me! "Vitamin D is well-known for its role in calcium absorption, but its impact on immune function and emotional well-being is equally important." There may be members of the family who will probably pass on the Thanksgiving meal and that is because many Americans are now on diabetes drugs that are causing weight loss -- or, they are taking away the joy of eating. People on these prescriptions are bracing themselves for not-so-satisfying holiday celebrations due to their drastically diminished appetites brought on by the new injectables whereby food actually becomes a burden. Moreover, these medications can slow digestion so much that they put patients at increased risk for pulmonary aspiration, which can cause dangerous lung damage, infections, and even death. So, is killing the pleasure centers that make Thanksgiving so satisfying worth the trouble? Seems like everyone is looking for energy. It's the #1 cause for disease, sickness, and symptoms in my opinion. I have seen it for the for years working with people. When someone lacks energy they go to their reserves and "borrow it" from organs and glands. This is where thyroid dysfunction, adrenal exhaustion, erectile dysfunction, weight gain . . . . Lack of energy also is huge in apathy, don't-give-a-care, decreased stamina, lack of concentration. SO GUESS WHAT? People go on a journey to find energy - energy drinks, sugar foods, caffeine, Rx, chocolate or they might unintentionally create stress, drama or relationship conflict because that gives them adrenalin/epinephrine . . . . . All because the body is out of gas. But there's way to help with energy that isn't bad for people - dihydrogen monoxide, the mineral mineral, GPC, CMO, fermentation . . . . Our ancestors were able to create energy without high fructose corn syrup, energy drinks, or a double cappucino. As always a downloadable book and replay are available at www.drjasonwest.live If people have energy, they have better lives. Live. Don't just exist. Dr Jason West

Let's start this post with massive namastes, and congrats to Jason for claiming the 2nd podium spot at the PTO US Open in Milwaukee, WI, this past weekend and putting down an insane run split over his competitors. Well done. We caught up with Jason at the beginning of his taper for this race, and he admits to feeling top-notch. As of July 31st, Jason is ranked 16th in the world and 3rd in the US according to the Professional Triathletes Organization, and if he keeps racing like he did last weekend, we're sure to see him climbing those ranks steadily. Jason started his triathlon career at sixteen and acquired a high level of mental toughness early on as his training consisted of one-speed, full gas. Jason continued to race through college, where he studied kinesiology and then headed to Boulder to pursue a triathlon career. And that leaves us where we stand now, an ever-emerging star in the sport of triathlon and an absolute threat to all his competitors on the run. We are so grateful to have shared this conversation with Jason and loved his energy and take on mindset. In this episode, we discuss: - Self-coaching with a close network of advisors - Working through nerves and challenging workouts - Having a strong work ethic - Early triathlon training plan - Learning how to mentally cope with suffering - Mindset training - Moving forward from poor race performances - Needing the contrast to strengthen our desire - Loving the process - Making money as a PRO - finding a way - The race that kept him going - Betting on yourself - Working with doubt and negative self-talk - Jason's exciting month of racing ahead Namaste- Jess
Are you sick and tired of being sick and tired? Welcome to #4 reason why you are out of energy! The chemical producers of your body (glands) just don't produce the messages. The messages are called hormones. If you can't produce hormones, you are going to feel exhausted, out of control, irritable, emotional roller coaster. What causes your body to have low hormones? Chronic stress, wrong kinds of foods, refined sugar, Rx that interfere with hormones, certain supplements like milk thistle, black cohosh, birth control, malnutrition, and even excessive energy. So, what are some ways to assess hormonal exhaustion and what to do about it. It's the Dr Jason West chronic fatigue series. If you missed the live or want to see parts 1-3, please check out https://www.drjasonwest.live/ Live. Don't just exist.
Is it normal to be tired? Is it an age thing? Are other people tired, or just me? Is there anything natural to do for fatigue? Alternatives to enery drinks, caffeine, candy or granola bars? Join me on the 13 reasons for chronic fatigue. For 21 years, I have heard people voice frustrations with not feeling energetic. Sometimes it's lack of sleep, or a chronic sub-clinical infection. This means that you have an infection that doesn't necessarily make you sick, it just takes energy out of the body. Also, you know what steals your energy? It's the fear, worry, shame and self-esteem impact that comes from additions and dependencies - like sugar, caffiene, energy drinks, stress/drama, porn, alcohol, niconine etc. No one has a goal of being dependent on that type of stimulant but when the energy drops people have a tendency to look for a crutch - some type of stimluant that hits the adrenalin and dopamine centers and then people are not only dealing with low energy but with shame, embarrassment, and frustration from sugar, stress etc. It just burns out the body. So tonight's program is all about the cause chronic fatigue. There's also a chronic fatigue workshop offer for those that want to go deeper. You can beat chronic fatigue. It's not just me saying it, you can see the numeours video and social media patient success stories. You are NOT your disease. Go with me on a journey about the cause of chronic fatigue. Live. Don't just exist. Dr Jason West
Hey everyone, tonights free Master Class is on Chronic Fatigue Secrets Why do so many people struggle with being tired, exhausted, out of gas? There are 7 things to know about with Chronic Fatigue. Tonight's class we are focusing on lack of cell energy, why the immune system breaks down and low-grade infection sets in; where does Epstein Barr factor in, the neglected hormone factor, the pituitary, Vitamin D3, another miracle mineral and how bile salts (liver) help people recover from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. While there's no set test for diagnosing chronic fatigue, there is tremendous value in a routine blood test called a Complete Blood Cell count. This tells us how the body is reacting to a virus like Epstein Barr, or Herpes Simplex 1 (cold sore virus), or the flu virus. It's just a comparison of white blood cell count and the lymphocyte count (viral fighter). That's just one of the many things to share. In addition, I'm going to share some ideas about the vitamins, minerals and herbs that I see help people consistently. There's also a free eBook on called the CFS report GET IT HERE:
Recent medical reports indicate that Aspartame is a carcinogen. This means those who use it for diets may be doomed to cancer. Science never appears to be settled and the virtue signaling can stop now because we are all going to die, sooner or later. There are other things scientists are noticing and that is we are becoming increasingly deficient in the neurotransmitter, dopamine. Studies have linked increased computer and digital technology use with a sedentary lifestyle and obesity, thus, having a negative effect on our brain chemistry. Could this be a reason why more people are depressed and angry with one another? Tonight on Ground Zero, Clyde Lewis talks with integrative medical practitioner, Dr. Jason West about BRAIN SALAD SANDWICH - I CAN'T GET NO SATISFACTION. #GroundZero #ClydeLewis #Dopamine #Aspartame https://groundzeromedia.org/6-30-23-brain-salad-sandwich.../ Ground Zero with Clyde Lewis is live M-F from 7-10pm, pacific time, and streamed for free at groundzero.radio and talkstreamlive.com. Jason is a rising star in the triathlon world. His 2023 season has kicked off with a bang, and he's currently ranked 12th in the world. Having started his journey as a 16-year-old, he steadily raced through his academic years and beyond, notching up victories and making a significant impact. His journey has seen him climb the ranks steadily, on the Professional Triathletes ranking, from 76th in 2020, 41st in 2021, 23rd in 2022 to, as I said, currently 12th in 2023. If this progression keeps going at this rate keeps going, he'll be 7th in 2024, 4th in 2025, 2nd in 2026 and 1st in 2027. His focus shifted from short course to mid-long-course racing, and he is now setting his sights on winning the 70.3 World Championships. 2023 has been an incredible start with two major wins, a 2nd and a 5th at the PTO European championships. Timestamps 2:32 - What an amazing year Jason has had. He describes how he has approached each event and how he feels about his performances. I really do belong, racing with these top guys at the front 4:08 - When your mental confidence is strong as an athlete, it totally changes your intentions and your performance. Jason explains how he has worked hard on his mental skills so he can compete at the highest level. When you line up on the start line and your intention is to race at the front. You wanna affect the race. 9:51 - With a stunning 1:07 at Oceanside off the bike, Jason describes how his confidence has grown with each event, and how relaxed he is in believing in the raceday magic. If you're on the startline, and you don't believe you're gonna win ... 12:53 - Jason and Greg discuss his teams strategy to planning and managing his breaks between events to freshen his mind and body. 16:51 - Jason grew up in Pennsylvania just outside of Philadelphia. He played a lot of sports growing up but really focused on wrestling for most of his childhood. He was then introduced to endurance sports when he was 16, entering some 5k's and triathlons in his area. From there, he went on to race Triathlon at Penn State for four years. In 2015, he graduated with a B.S. in Kinesiology and also became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Upon graduation, he moved to Boulder to pursue his career in Triathlon. The ITU forces you to become a complete athlete 26:12 - Greg & Jason discuss his journey through longcourse triathlon to ITU and the benefits to his own performance. 28:09 - Jason out-ran Kristian Blummenfelt at the PTO European Championship by a minute and a half. He is mitigating his weaknesses and turning them into 'weapons'. Jason explains some of the highlights and important successes he has had these past few years. 31:47 - Jason & Greg discuss some of the set-backs he has experienced through his triathlon career. When COVID hit, I almost didnt come back to racing ... 37:41 - Jason keeps a pretty small team. He explains the different roles and who is helping and coaching him. 41:15 - Greg and Jason discuss their opinions on Performance Enhancing Drugs in the sport of triathlon. Theres more incentive to cheat ... 46:12 - Who does Jason West consider the Greatest Triathlete of All Time? 48:41 - If you could go back in time, what advice would Jason West give his 16-year-old self just starting in triathlon? 52:24 - Greg and Jason finish with the traditional rapid fire questions ... with a twist from ChatGPT. Would you rather fight one horse-sized duck or a hundred duck-sized horses? First job? You've been given an elephant. You can't give it away or sell it. What would you do with it? You have to sing karaoke; what song do you pick? Can vegetarians eat animal crackers? Would you rather always be 10 minutes late or always be 20 minutes early? If you could only watch one movie for the rest of your life, what would it be? If your bike could talk, what would it say about you? If you could have an unlimited supply of one thing for the rest of your life, what would it be? Which decade of music is best? 57:13 - Interview concludes. People are losing their minds - America's mental health is dire as society looks like a zombie science fiction movie. Molds and fungus are the original reasons for zombies and clickers in the TV series, The Last of Us, and characterized by the neurological disorder, "excited delirium." A supposedly untreatable form of Candida Auris is now devastating the elderly and immune-compromised. Furthermore, our environment is becoming more toxic - we are witnessing an intentional culling process speed up the agenda of eliminating the least of us or what the elite call, "bottom feeders." The "tripledemic" is still afflicting many people across the US as hospitals are filling up. A concept called “immunity debt” has been at the center of many discussions about the surge in respiratory infection cases. Furthermore, pharmacies across the United States are reporting shortages of one of the most widely used antibiotics, raising concerns that the medication will be in short supply for the winter season. Sadly, we have been gaslighted by government agencies and the media, who were quick to condemn people for choosing to trust their immune systems. Some scientists claim that if a meteorite fragment entered the earth's atmosphere with an explosive impact on the surface, possible pathogen contamination could spread “hundreds of trillions of infective viral particles." Curiously, this may have occurred in China about 2 months before the world knew of COVID-19. Perhaps it's a kind of Andromeda Strain evolution process whereby an alien organism is proliferating within the human host. We are now seeing a significant increase in fungal infections throughout the Earth's inhabitance. Can any of these so-called physical breakdowns be attributed to space microbes or space jelly?
