At the end of May 2025, Whitney Decker reported her three daughters, Paityn, Evelyn, and Olivia Decker, missing from Wenatchee, Washington, after their father, Travis Decker, failed to return them after their scheduled visit with him. She reported them missing less than two hours after they were due back home with her. However, a few days later, the girls were found deceased. Travis Decker has been charged with three counts of first-degree murder but has not yet been located. He is considered a threat to others and a threat to himself. If you see Travis Caleb Decker, call 911 immediately. It's unknown if he is armed, but he is considered to be dangerous, so law enforcement officials urge you not to attempt to approach him. If you have information about Travis Decker's whereabouts, you can call the Chelan County Sheriff's Office Tip Line at 509-667-6845. When Liz Oyer was appointed US pardon attorney in 2022 by President Joe Biden, she'd landed her dream job. As a longtime public defender, Oyer was now in a position to advise the president on the backlog of thousands of individuals seeking presidential clemency. But earlier this year, her dream job ended abruptly.In March, Oyer was asked to make a recommendation to Attorney General Pam Bondi to reinstate actor Mel Gibson's gun rights, which were rescinded after a domestic violence conviction in 2011. Oyer reviewed the case and refused. Within hours, she says she was terminated. Last month, Oyer testified about her firing in front of Congress. She not only accused the Department of Justice of “ongoing corruption” and abuses of power, but she also said the administration tried to send armed US marshals to her home carrying a letter warning her against testifying. Judge James Boasberg began the process of holding Trump administration officials in contempt of court last week as he struggles to get them to follow his orders around the deportation of alleged Venezuelan gang members. That contempt process was halted a few days later by an appellate court, but Boasberg's actions raised questions about how it might play out if he or another federal judge did eventually fine or attempt to jail recalcitrant executive branch officials. Could Justice Department lawyers get arrested? Would the U.S. Marshals Service be arresting them? And what if the president orders it not to? On today's episode of our podcast, On The Merits, Rutgers University law professor David Noll walks us through how these contempt proceedings might work and what the personal consequences would be for Justice Department lawyers caught up in an escalating standoff. Not only was his "no kill" animal shelters in both Ohio and later in California funded by "Best Friends" and his pitbulls were routinely provided by "Best Friends"/Process - even whilst ol boy was on the run from charges in Ohio for merc'n dogs - his "Best Friends" set him up with a new pitbull operation in Southern California! That is until the US Marshal's sting operation in LA in 2021 to arrest Steffan Baldwin/Finkelstein for Ohio charges, upon Baldwin's arrival back in Ohio for "serial killer of dogs" charges - his fingerprints were input into the national database. Baldwin's prints would me a match for the "#1 suspect" in a cold case disappearance of Maura Murray in New Hampshire in 2004. Through it all, Jeff has steadfastly maintained his innocence. Over the many years since trial, thousands of pages of government reports, obtained through the Freedom of Information Act, that prove the existence of outside assailants, have been obtained. In fact, not only do these documents show Jeff's claim of outside assailants to be true, they also show how the prosecution deliberately set out to suppress evidence supporting these claims before, during, and after his trial. The MacDonald case has served as an example of malfeasance in the investigation of the FBI Crime Lab's misconduct, and the case has been featured in numerous congressional hearings and in such publications as The Wall Street Journal, The Boston Globe and The New Republic. In January, 2006, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals panel of three unanimously agreed that the affidavit of Jimmy Britt, a respected former US Marshal, was sufficient grounds to propel a rare fourth appeal (successive habeas petition) forward for review to the District Court in Raleigh, North Carolina. Jimmy Britt died in October, 2008. In November, 2008, the District Judge denied relief. The defense will appeal to the 4th Circuit. The MacDonald case is one of the most enduring and haunting legal cases of our time, and a torturous example of injustice and wrongful conviction. It continues to endure and weigh heavily on the public consciousness because the right conclusion has never been has never been issued in a court of law- that Jeff MacDonald is an innocent man and must be released. Donald Trump announced to his cabinet late last week that things are going to be different moving forward, and this warning was meant especially for Elon Musk. Trump and his team have been growing increasingly annoyed with what Musk is doing and the complete lack of oversight of his activities, so Trump has decided to shorten his leash and informed the cabinets that they would be taking a "scalpel" to their agencies rather than the "hatchet" that has been used so far.As the markets continue to reel as a result of Donald Trump's on-again, off-again tariff plan, the President continues to refuse to take responsibility for the volatility that he has created. Instead, he told reporters the other day that the REAL problem was that "globalists" have been manipulating the market to make him look bad. "Globalists" have become the go-to boogeyman for Republicans, which is ironic because that's what they all are, so Trump may actually be correct!Elon Musk, along with Republicans in Washington, D.C., have been repeatedly attacking federal judges for ruling against the Trump administration, often calling for the judges to be removed and even disbarred for "attacking" the administration. Those false claims have real world consequences, and it has now been revealed that many of the judges that have ruled on Trump cases have been assigned security details by US Marshals due to the insane number of death threats they are now receiving. The Trump administration continues to set new records, and not in a good way. The administration has now been sued over 100 times since taking office on January 20th, and that comes out to an average of THREE new lawsuits PER DAY.
