In today's episode my guest is Alex Bishop. Alex is a registered counselor, an entrepreneur, and a community mental health worker in downtown Vancouver, BC.We discuss what lead Alex on his path of spiritual growth and mental health.We talk about the complexities of the human mind and how much there is to discover about ourselves that we don't already know. Consequently, we discussed various types of anxiety in relationships as well as working with our subconscious to improve and heal ourselves.
