Are you prepared to weather the storm? - Small businesses did not have enough cash to weather the change when the pandemic hit. - Is this the right time to do this? - Elizabeth: you have to do your research, it's not just a decision, there's a plan behind it and it requires financials. Not everything needs to be reinvented from scratch. - Ask 100s of questions to see what it will be like before you go into it. - Ask: what are your financials, schedule, lifestyle, etc.?
