Check out More Free Content by Refrigeration Mentor Here - Learn More In the world of refrigeration, developing a growth mindset can be the key to unlocking your full potential and achieving long-term success. A growth mindset is the belief that your abilities and intelligence can be developed through dedication, hard work and taking action. Here are five essential steps I believe will help refrigeration technicians cultivate this mindset: 1. Cultivate a Love for Learning: Stay curious and never stop seeking new knowledge. The refrigeration field is continually evolving, and keeping up is crucial. Attend workshops, seminars, and industry events to stay updated on the latest advancements and trends. Consider pursuing additional certifications and training to expand your expertise and credentials. 2. Embrace Challenges and Learning Opportunities: Instead of shying away from difficult tasks, welcome them as opportunities for growth. Challenges push you to expand your skill set and knowledge. Seek out projects that stretch your abilities and force you to learn new techniques or technologies. Remember that it's okay to make mistakes along the way; each error is a chance to learn and improve. 3. Stay Resilient in the Face of Setbacks: Understand that setbacks and failures are part of the learning process. They don't define your abilities or potential. When faced with challenges, focus on solutions rather than dwelling on the problem. Use setbacks as steppingstones to success. Cultivate a positive outlook and resilience to bounce back stronger after setbacks. 4. Seeking Coaching, Mentorship, and Networking Opportunities: This will accelerate your professional growth by tapping into the wisdom and experience of others. These connections expand your access to new opportunities and potential collaborations that can significantly impact your career. Engaging with a diverse network provides fresh perspectives and insights that can enhance your problem-solving abilities and foster innovation. 5. Goal Setting and Tracking Progress: Define specific, measurable, and achievable goals for your career and skills. Having clear objectives gives you direction and motivation. Break down long-term goals into smaller, manageable milestones. Celebrate your achievements along the way to stay motivated. Regularly review and adjust your goals to ensure they align with your evolving aspirations. By following these five steps, refrigeration technicians can shift their mindset from fixed to growth-oriented. With dedication, a willingness to learn, and the belief in your ability to improve, you'll not only enhance your skills but also open doors to new opportunities and long-term success in the field of refrigeration. Embrace the journey of growth and development, and watch your career flourish. ================================== Let's Connect on Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/refrigerationmentor/ Upcoming Servicing Compressors, Supermarket and CO2 Trainings - Learn More Here Learn More About Refrigeration Mentor - https://refrigerationmentor.com/ Get A Free Service & Compressor Troubleshooting Guide - Access Here

Life has a target on your core wounds because the universe knows that until you heal those core wounds, you're always going to be brought back down to that level of development. You're going to attract situations in life that are going to give you an opportunity to heal core wounds that you experienced as a child." - Greg Schmaus Collective Wounds "A lot of times we have this illusion that if we keep revisiting things or the same things keep coming up, it means we haven't healed that in ourselves. Which maybe that's true but I think there's a possibility that that's not true. A lot of the things that we're healing within ourselves are not actually ours personally. They're collective patterns that we're voluntarily working through as a way of transmuting that energy out of the collective." - Greg Schmaus Intuition = Relationship with God "Your relationship with God directly connects to your relationship with your intuition. Your intuition is an expression of the higher self that's guiding you towards your potential which a lot of times goes against what feels safe and familiar. If you're still in your survival archetype, always needing to go to self-preservation, you're going to override intuition to always go into that self-preservation because the two are in conflict. Once you heal these survival archetypes, you're in a different relationship with truth. And when you're in a different relationship with truth, now it can come in without as much interference from all of these survival parts telling you why it is not a good idea." - Greg Schmaus Your Power Is Your Energy "Where you give your power away is where you give your energy away. Where you give your energy away is where you give your vitality away." - Greg Schmaus Links From Today's Show Greg Schmaus Healing Your Core Archetypes | 20% off with the code "WELLNESSFORCE" Healing The Mind | 20% off with code "WELLNESSFORCE" 356 Greg Schmaus | Ancient Secrets: Healing OCD & Boosting Mental Health 414 Greg Schmaus | Healing The Mind: A Journey To Wholeness King, Warrior, Magician, Lover: Rediscovering the Archetypes of the Mature Masculine by Robert Moore and Douglas Gillette Richard C. Doing, doing, doing. We can get stuck in a perpetual state of busyness to get things done. But being in a chronic “performance zone” can lead to stagnation over time. The “learning zone”, however, is when we take a step back to reflect on our experiences and look for ways to improve. That's where a growth mindset comes in - actually believing that we can get better. “In order to engage in learning, we need to believe that we can improve, we also need to understand how to improve and we need to have a reason or reason that we care to put in the effort to improve.” ~ Eduardo Briceño, Episode 374 Eduardo Briceño is a global keynote speaker, facilitator, and author who guides many of the world's leading companies in developing cultures of learning and high performance. His TED Talks have been viewed over 9 million times. Alongside Carol Dweck, the leading growth mindset researcher, Eduardo has founded Mindset Works, an organization dedicated to fostering lifelong learning. On this episode of Behavioral Grooves, hosts Kurt and Tim talk to Eduardo about his new book “The Performance Paradox: Turning the Power of Mindset into Action” which is a practical guide on how to spend more of your time in the learning zone, instead of just the performance zone. Eduardo provides tips for leaders to create a culture of learning, such as framing core values, identifying habits and systems to support both performance and learning, and modeling learning behaviors visibly. To Tim's delight, the conversation with Eduardo uses musical examples from Beyoncé and Dave Grohl to highlight the importance of practice and reflection. Overall, the discussion provides insights on overcoming barriers to a learning mindset and finding a balance between performance and growth in the workplace. Topics (4:09) Welcome and speed round questions. (7:16) If we focus only on performance, our performance suffers. (10:19) How to tell if you're in the learning zone or performance zone. In this episode, Mike explains why tracking macros can be stressful for so many people and it has nothing to do with the act of tracking macros. It has everything to do with the context in which they're being told to track. Restrictive programs that make tracking macros feel like a chore, that make you feel like you need to be perfect, and make you feel like a failure if you don't hit your numbers to the gram. Once we change the frame and open up a new perspective, tracking macros can be easy and effortless.Get 20% off any product from Legion Athletics! Don't tune in if you don't love life and humanity because this won't be for you. Don't tune in if you still believe in evil or the devil. Topic not ideal for ego-sensitive or emotionally sensitive (on any/all life - including socio-pol-eco - topics) people. Please do not tune in. Thank you! Paid Subscription based IHP podcast episodes for people who want to adopt the IHP-IG 5D SEE enlightenment functional adult love language and infinite higher human consciousness potential life experience. Topics, stories and how-to's for people who are, or aim to be, enlightened functional adults, secure attachment people, restorative embodied self-aware human beings, and for those who are always compassionate and unconditionally loving with loved ones, humanity and life. The episodes share stories, inner growth mindset exercises, and examples of having corrective experiences with your loved ones that lead to growing and strengthening of the relationships and to repair splinters or ruptures brought about due to reactive unresolved trauma and attachment wounds from the adaptive child self relationships in our lives with people who have yet to completely achieve secure attachment and self-agency. We talk about how the 5D SEE enlightenment functional adult love language holds unconditional love and compassion for all our relationships, no matter what flaws and imperfections may arise. We also explore how this supports integration of the mind, activation of our human social engagement system, and how this is what creates the safe space for two or more people to continue communicating and having the corrective experiences that lead to secure attachment functional adult relationships. The unbreakable bonds that all people can create when they bring about the IHP-IG 5D SEE enlightenment functional adult love language and infinite higher human consciousness potential experiences arise from your choosing to pursue and be your secure attachment and compassionate self, your restorative embodied self-aware human being, who is consistently expanding consciousness and more. They are not people who have necessarily met. They are not having to include or be body based in any way shape or form. Some 5D relationship interactions have never happened in person, but only in the consciousness realm (sleep/dream or meditative state). The 5D relationship is unconditionally loving, quantum based, no attachments or entanglements. For the 5D relationship trust is about expanding consciousness not about actions or interactions, or about what you tell or don't tell each other. 5D relationships always involve functional adults, which are people who are: forgiving, nuanced, know all people have trauma, respect all mental health clusters - including cluster B. 5D relationships involve people who are always able to say "f**" you", to agree to disagree even on the most important and sensitive topics, intimate or world-wide, and to continue treating each other with unconditional love, respect, and kindness. 5D relationships are all inclusive and DO NOT do cancel culture. 5D relationships are people who accept each other for who they are as humans, normal people with flaws and imperfections who can communicate about things, have compassion and use mental health and brain science to open up healthy adult conversations about attachment and biological rudeness, etc. Love, Maria
