Lately, I've noticed something about myself: I've become susceptible to negativity. Everywhere you turn, in the news, on social media, and even in casual conversations, it feels like there's an endless supply of bad news and grim outlooks. For someone like me, who thrives on positive energy and forward momentum, it's been a real turn-off.
