This is a podcast where we discuss all things MMA
We survived the pandemic, atleast so far. Tonight we review UFC 252... Is Stipe the heavyweight goat? What's next for the 205 division? We don't really know but we discuss it anyway.
This week we take a look at everything and I do mean everything. We review UFC 249 and Fight Night: Smith v. Teixeira, we take a look at Harris v. Overeem, and then we solve an extremely complex math problem that's plagued mathematicians for hundreds of years. Unfortunately the feed cuts out before that last part.
We're alive which seems worth stating. This week we'll discuss the upcoming UFC card, Mike Tyson, and a few other bits of news. We also give picks and odds for the UFC 249 card.
We're late this week but we're still here. This week we discuss Felder/Hooker, Fury/Wilder, and the flyweight title picture. Is Joe Benavidez the best fighter to never hold a World Championship? Will this weekend finally be his moment? We'll discuss that and more.
Pat and I are back from UFC 247, we're both full of coffee and bullshit and we're ready to talk about it. This week we discuss UFC 247, the latest Mystic MAC scandal, Joe Rogan, Judging, and several other things that are ultimately to incoherent to properly explain. Thanks for your time.
Episode 45 of The MMA Scope is here! This week they discuss UFC 245, Pat picks up a new nickname, and Cole struggles to make a pick in the main event.
This week we are joined by somebody that is absolutely not 6ix-9ine! He helps us discuss UFC 245 fallout, where Usman and Covington stand now, and we also look ahead to UFC: Busan. As always, thanks for listening!
On this day, one year ago, The MMA Scope was born! We're back for our one year anniversary show, consisting of a breakdown of UFC 245 and Year End Awards. You'll get some MMA along with the usual dose of bullshit.
Cole is dealing with extreme Podcast ring-rust, and Pat is somewhere in outer space, but the show must go on. This weeks topics include UFC on ESPN 7, Khabib, Ali, Tito Ortiz, and a few other loose topics.
We're back and as bad as ever! This week we discuss last weekends Fight Night card, one that did not meet the Dawgs lofty expectations. We ask ourselves what qualifies a fighter for the UFC hall of fame, should Nate Diaz get in? What about Holly Holm? We discuss all of this and more along with a healthy dose of bullshit.
This weeks episode is a bit of a roller coaster. Pat goes through the 5 stages of healing as he is forced to come to terms with Johnny Walker's loss. We debate the validity of the BMF belt, Masvidal's contender-ship status, and the entire UFC 244 card. Don't expect much and you won't leave disappointed, this is the MMA Scope!
We're back and worse than ever. This week we talk about our love/hate for Chris Weidman, Ben Askren and the UFC 244 card. Does being the baddest MFer translate into a title shot? Will Till and Gastelum remain on the card?
This weeks episode is a long one. We take a look back at Fight Night: Joanna v. Waterson and ahead to Weidman/Reyes. We embarrass ourselves while talking about Mackenzie Dern's return, Pat's love affair with SteamRolla continues, and as always... we're sorry.
This week we babble our way through UFC Copenhagen, and UFC 243. We talk about Adesanya, his win, and his future, as well as some other random stuff.
Pat is absolutely out of control. He was maced and arrested only moments after we finished recording. But we still managed to discuss UFC FN 158 and we looked ahead to FN 159. We rant about Conor McGregor, potential opponents for Khabib, and several other things that have nothing to do with anything. We toss some respect at Floyd Mayweather, and we discuss several parts of the human body.
We touch on UFC 242, Cerrone/Gaethje, and a few other things. It's a bit of a shit show as always.
Not much is happening this week so we don't have much to talk about... we touch on UFC 241, Bellator 225, and UFC China. This is just some general stuff as we prepare for UFC 242.
Our original plans fell through, so we (Cole, Ray and Brandon the Truth) decided to do an experiment and this is the result. We discuss the fallout from UFC 241 and we take a look ahead at UFC China. Did the judges score Romero/Costa correctly? Is Diaz going to stick around? And what's next for DC?
We try to get dumber each and every week and we believe we've reached a whole new level with this latest episode. We introduce a sound board which will likely not be appearing again, it's aids us as we breakdown UFC ESPN 5 and preview ESPN+14. This is either our best episode or our worst depending on the quality of your character. I hope you don't judge us for this one, but I assume you started judging us long ago.
I tried editing this podcast but it turns out that I'm very bad at editing podcasts. Aside from that we break down the upcoming Covington/Lawler card and we take a look at the One card from this morning. Its a bit of a late release but we appreciate the listens.

Well this one is... well Pats involved so it's absolutely ridiculous. Might want to skip this one if you are easily offended, the Dawgg has no filter. This week we review Fight Night: GDR V. LADD and we look ahead to UFC San Antonio. We also hit a few key topics for the week and as always you'll heard plenty of “PTD Radio”
PTD Ra... I mean The MMA Scope is back! This time we attempt to sort through the fallout from UFC 239. PTD talks about a trip to Vegas that may or may not have actually happened, and he probably mentions Zion at some point as well.

This show starts with a heavy dose of bullshit before turning into a breakdown of UFC Greenville and a discussion about the upcoming BKFC 6 card. Pats on his worst behavior... but that's expected.
Pat kicks things off with PTD radio before we move into Bellator 222 review. We also touch on D White staying with the UFC and his desire for an NFL team, and Tyson Fury
We preview Bellator 222 just hours before kick off, we also touch on UFC Greenville and a bit of UFC 238. Pat gives us some terrible news, and we look towards the future... possibly without him.

We didn't have any fights last weekend so we decided to take a look at UFC 189. We talk about some of the lead up to the event as well as the fallout and ripple effects that can still be seen today. We also talk about where the fighters on the card are now and what we can expect from some of them in the future. As always you'll notice a bit of background noise and that's something we're trying to fix.
We had nothing to talk about... so we talked about nothing, plus a few UFC Olympians, and we give our picks for mid year awards.
Pats back from Alabama, he smells like a beach bum and he's ready to talk some MMA. This week we discuss UFC Rochester and the fallout from Sage Northcutt's One debut. We tried keeping it short this week but we can't ever cut out the bullshit.

Originally available on MMATorch.
Pat and Cole discuss Bellator 221 and UFC 237, including Pitbulls place in the World Featherweight rankings, and Michael Chandler's future, they go over the “recent cuts” list, and more. As usual they screw up around the 36 minute mark so ignore that technical difficulty.

In this episode we discuss Pats trip to Atlanta, and his attendance at UFC 236. We breakdown the card and discuss a few potential lightweight match up options. Pat is briefly possessed by Lil John, and we also have a very fake Conor McGregor fan make an appearance.
