Scott Galloway and Jessica Tarlov explore a weekend that showcased two very different Americas: Bad Bunny celebrated unity across the continent, while Donald Trump leaned into culture wars, attacking an Olympic skier for expressing mixed feelings about representing the U.S. and amplifying a racist video of the Obamas. At the same time, Congress is reviewing Epstein files, Ghislaine Maxwell is publicly hinting at clemency deals, and Trump's allies are facing political scrutiny. They also break down Trump's economic message ahead of the midterms — from AI-driven growth claims to foreign investment promises — and whether everyday Americans are actually seeing the benefits. Plus, they tackle the skyrocketing cost of NYC private schools, now topping $70,000 a year at elite institutions, and what it means for families navigating a struggling public system. As James Garfield's surprise presidential campaign got underway, he knew he didn't have it in the bag. The Republican party was divided. The Democratic party was united. And there was some weirdo third-party candidate campaigning for an 8-hour workday. *I guess people don't wanna work anymore!?*The fact that many members of his party — including his own vice president — were, at best, mildly enthusiastic about his candidacy made his road to victory even less likely. And yet? A strange little man named Charles Guiteau campaigned hard for Garfield. He was convinced that he'd be rewarded for his efforts. Remember, kids, history hoes always cite their sources! BEAUTY BEYOND BETRAYAL - Heal from Betrayal, Affair Recovery, Betrayal Trauma Recovery
Explosive fights after infidelity are not a communication problem—they're a trauma response. If every conversation turns into an argument, shutdown, or emotional blowup, this episode explains why—and how to stop it. After an affair or sexual betrayal, many couples find themselves stuck in high-conflict cycles that feel impossible to control. Small triggers turn into massive arguments. Pain gets weaponized. Trust erodes further. And instead of healing, the marriage stays in survival mode. In this episode, betrayal-trauma and marriage recovery specialist Lisa Limehouse breaks down why explosive fights happen after infidelity and shares 3 research-backed, Scripture-anchored ways to de-escalate conflict and rebuild emotional safety—without avoiding hard conversations or suppressing truth. You'll learn: Why your brain and nervous system are driving post-infidelity fights How trauma flooding shuts down empathy, logic, and repair Why “talking it out” often makes things worse after betrayal 3 practical steps to stop explosive arguments and create emotional safety How biblical wisdom and neuroscience align in the healing process What must be in place before trust and connection can actually return This episode is for: ✔️ Betrayed spouses who feel constantly triggered or emotionally overwhelmed ✔️ Unfaithful spouses who want to repair but feel attacked or defensive ✔️ Couples who want restoration but are stuck in chaos and conflict Lisa also explains why stopping the fights is not optional if you want real healing—and how safety, not intensity, is the foundation for reconciliation. If you're realizing that love alone isn't enough and you need structure, guidance, and a trauma-informed, Christ-centered path forward, learn more about Marriage Redesigned™, Lisa's proven couples recovery program, at lisalimehouse.com. Janet Kintner survived a difficult father and several assaults, but she didn't let any of it stop her from pursuing law school as one of three women at the University of Arizona. And she didn't let anything stop her from pursuing justice for her clients as a new lawyer, regardless of their ability to pay, their gender, race or religion. Despite learning that men dominated the legal system, she became a prosecutor who specialized in consumer fraud. As she continued to help everyone she could, sometimes pro bono, she was elected as the third woman to ever sit on the County Bar Association board of directors. In 1976, pregnant with her second child, she was appointed by Governor Jerry Brown to be San Diego's 3rd female judge, and two years later she was challenged by a lying lawyer whose only goal was to unseat her. Janet Kintner overcame great odds to become one of the early rare female lawyers and judges in America. Before maternity leave came into being, she gave birth to three children and missed only the three weeks of vacation due to her each year. Her second son was born in the middle of a grueling election campaign to save her judgeship, and her third child was born a few years later. Her children grew up and later gave her four lovely grandchildren, while Janet continued to work, teach other judges, and travel the world. After retiring from the bench, Janet volunteered her legal expertise and married her second husband, a high school teacher and commercial fisherman in Canada. She wrote her memoir A Judge's Tale: A Trailblazer Fights for her Place on the Bench (She Writes Press, 2025) and learned how to fish and run a boat off the west coast of British Columbia, where she lives part of each year with Robert. Patrick Bet-David, Tom Ellsworth, Adam Sosnick, and Vincent Oshana break down the latest Jeffrey Epstein files dump, anti-ICE messaging at the Grammy Awards, Don Lemon's response following his arrest, and Nicki Minaj's viral tweets calling out evil artists. ------
Gary Dodson — better known as “Bumper” — tells the uncensored story of his transformation from a violent white supremacist skinhead and federal prison gang member to a man who ultimately walked away from hate and extremism. Raised in a chaotic, drug-filled household in rural California, Bumper gravitated toward gangs, violence, and racist ideology at a young age. What began as rebellion turned into full-blown immersion in neo-Nazi skinhead culture, leading to robberies, stabbings, riots, and eventually a federal hate-crime and arson case tied to Molotov cocktails. Bumper spent over a decade inside some of the most dangerous level-four federal prisons in the United States, including USP McCreary and USP Victorville, where racial politics, stabbings, and brutal “smash-outs” were a daily reality. In this interview, he breaks down: • How he was recruited into the skinhead movement • The inner politics of white supremacist prison gangs • The psychology behind hate, identity, and belonging • What daily life is really like in violent federal penitentiaries • How he slowly abandoned racist ideology • What finally made him choose a different path This is a raw, unfiltered look inside extremist subcultures, prison survival, and the possibility of change.
