Welcome back to our Ramble rewind! Today, we're revisiting some of our favourite stories from the second half of this season, featuring everyone's favourite disgraced eagle handler Juan Bernabé, Frank Clark's canal-shoving rampage, and Andy Gray as James Bond. Plus, the most contentious round of Jack's Encyclopedia to ever sully the Ramble studio and a quite frankly outrageous FIFA ticketing scheme for the Club World Cup...Find us on Bluesky, X, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, and email us here: show@footballramble.com.Sign up to the Football Ramble Patreon for ad-free shows for just $5 per month: https://www.patreon.com/footballramble.***Please take the time to rate us on your podcast app. It means a great deal to the show and will make it easier for other potential listeners to find us. She cares for around a dozen hives in a rural Appalachian highland climate. Colonies are managed for bee health with active selection for vigor, genetic diversity and disease resistance, but without chemical treatments for over a decade. The apiary is self-sustaining (not needing to buy/catch replacement bees since 2010) and produces honey and nucs most every year.

This episode is going to be your go-to toolkit for navigating those high-pressure moments with more clarity and confidence. In this episode, I unpack what pressure really does to high-achieving women — and more importantly, how to coach yourself through it in real time, even when your heart is racing and your voice feels like it's vanished. Podfic Time – “Celestial Requiem” by EldritchLibertineThis WIP (at least at the time of this publication) by Ke is an epic OFC tale placed directly in canon right from the first season of Supernatural. It's a slow burn, Castiel x OFC laden with additional angelic grace by one Archangel Gabriel. I was hooked at the start with the theme of found family and the heavy dose of surrogate father, Bobby Singer. Since I wouldn't be able to read the entire story, I asked Ke for a chapter suggestion (Note: Sorry to disappoint any CasLovers, but he hasn't arrived in the story yet at this stage of the narration). Enjoy! Visit the fic on AO3 and give it a kudo and comment - it deserves a ton of praise!Visit our website at idlingintheimpala.com and find out where to listen to ALL our Ramble Ons.~ Sandra~~~~~Supernatural FandomRated MatureCastiel/OFCSummary: Before humanity, God created perfect companions for each of His Archangels - not angel, not human, but something gloriously unique and designed to be the source of new angelic life. However, following Lucifer's rebellion, God's wrath was terrible and swift, and he separated these companions from the Archangels, casting them to Earth, cloaked in mortality and cursed to endless rebirth, their true nature hidden even from themselves. Angels were forbidden from seeking them, leaving both sides to endure an unspoken, cosmic grief.—When Reed Savoy was six years old, demons brutally slaughtered her family, leaving her the sole survivor. Rescued by Bobby Singer, she was taken in and raised as a hunter, unaware of her true nature. Now, at 28, Reed finds herself dragged into the Winchester's lives as they face danger from all sides.~~~~~Sound Effect Used: *Magic - Gingling effect by Vrymaa -- https://freesound.org/s/802726/ -- License: Creative Commons 0*Angel Wings.wav by Thimblerig -- https://freesound.org/s/688751/ -- License: Attribution NonCommercial 4.0*01153 great wings in motion.wav by Robinhood76 -- https://freesound.org/s/75526/ -- License: Attribution NonCommercial 4.0*pigeon wings.aif by tigersound -- https://freesound.org/s/9329/ -- License: Attribution NonCommercial 4.0

Ever wondered how music festivals can spark deeper human connections? Get ready to explore the transformative power of the Ramble Festival, as we chat with founder Brick Lohr and collaborator in this year's Ramble, Kris Howland of Heady Wax Fiends. Discover the innovative partnerships shaping the festival scene, like the vinyl submission contest by Heady Wax Fiends. It is collaboration between individuals like Kris and Brick, who are enhancing the festival experience by merging music with vinyl culture. This artistic initiative not only offers artists the chance to join the Ramble festival lineup but also supports them in producing their next album on vinyl. It's an inspiring example of how connections and creative ideas can elevate the festival experience and provide musicians with unique opportunities beyond the stage. We talk a bit about the balance between passion and career as we highlight the joys of pursuing what you love through passion projects like podcasts and festivals. We emphasize the importance of authenticity and staying true to one's passions, even when they aren't the main source of income. As we gear up for the Ramble Festival, featuring acts like Chris Jacobs and The California Honey Drops, we celebrate the bonds formed through shared musical interests. The episode underscores our gratitude for community spaces that allow us to connect, recharge, and carry the festival spirit into everyday life, enriching the world with unity and joy. The Club World Cup might not be quite tickling our fancy at the moment, but it has meant a new Pitbull song. It's a remix. And it might have been made in 10 minutes. What's not to love? But before you stick that on, get a load of Marcus, Luke and Pete, who celebrate Sergio Ramos' glorious header, Boca Juniors' incredible fans and Fluminense's 44-year-old keeper (guys, it's a ‘slightly wee your trousers' summer).Plus, Marcus makes the mistake of asking Pete: what would you do to Pep Guardiola in a lucid dream?
