For the rising Canadian country music star Sacha, 2025 has been a very big year. She released her incredible debut record, “Woman in the Mirror,” she got three nominations at the Canadian Country Music Awards, and she put out a brand new Christmas song, “Where Are You Christmas.” But perhaps her biggest moment was making her debut on the hallowed stage of the Grand Ole Opry. Sacha joins Tom Power to talk about that moment and she plays her new Christmas single for us.
Every once in a while, a debut novel comes along that completely blindsides you—in the best possible way.In this Jim solo review, I'm talking about Fly Stone, Fly, a dark fantasy debut by Dust Kunkel that's already racking up awards and recognition for its astonishing prose, layered worldbuilding, and deeply human storytelling. This one hit especially close to home. Dust is a real-life friend and coworker, and when he shared that he'd written a fantasy novel, I expected something interesting. What I got instead was a literary dark fantasy that completely exceeded my expectations — thoughtful, emotionally rich, and quietly powerful. In this spoiler-lite review, I cover:• Why I picked up this book (and why it surprised me so much)• A spoiler-free overview of the story and its unique framing device• What makes the prose and worldbuilding stand out• A traumatized, neurodivergent protagonist with untapped powers• A hidden supernatural world beneath rural Idaho• A VERY good boy

The first year of a premium product always carries weight. This week, Brett and Katelyn sit with that moment.WNBA Impeccable is here.High price.Low card count. On card autos.Timeless Moments. But the real question is not whether it looks good. On this edition of GFA Live, Peter and Keithie talk about WWF Superstars from June 23, 1990! (and some other stuff, of course!) Topics of discussion include: * The debut of Demoliton Crush, out of nowhere like a Randy Orton RKO * Tribute to Hulk Hogan with the "dark" Real American theme * Ultimate Warrior makes an extended speech about love and encourages a child named Amanda Ultimate Warrior to do a cartwheel on the Brother Love set (yes, really) * Ted DiBiase takes another trip down to Cobb County, Georgia dressed as a human being * Possibly the most bizarre spot for what can be interpreted as a heel turn * Taking a shot at doing the Chamber of Commerce Vince for the new location for Superstars * The Last Time Is Now for a Boston icon: and it isn't John Cena

(but thanks for that quote anyway). Hosted by Klein, Ally, and a cast of weirdos (both on the team and from their audience), the show is known for its raw, offbeat style, offering a mix of sarcastic banter, candid interviews, and an unfiltered take on everything from culture to the chaos of everyday life.
