This week, under His eye, Lyndsay explains to Samantha Church why she was way late to jumping on The Handmaid's Tale bandwagon. (CW for the episode: mention of rape) Samantha Church is a singer/songwriter and writer/performer of solo theatre pieces. She spent 8 years street performing from coast to coast. She currently resides in Eureka, CA, where just before the pandemic, she opened her musical one person show, "Love in the Underworld" at the Arcata Playhouse, which was lauded by the Times Standard as, "one of the most honest and gut-wrenching, tour-de-force performances that you could ever encounter, anywhere." She has since been locked in her house for a year and a half where she devotes herself entirely to her three cats, who are NOT a fan of her singing. She is currently writing a solo show about them, in spite of their harsh criticism.
