Which opens the door for the guest to relay a bunch of information about themselves that has nothing to do with your target audience.A better strategy is you know the guest (you do know the guest right? I mean why would you invite them on to your show? ) is give them credibility with a great introduction. Then ask them a "Meat and potatoes" question that will get the attention of your audience, and let them use their story to illustrate the point. The alternative is to have your audience sit through a long story about someone they don't care about because they haven't delivered any value yet.You do a great job of asking a question and staying out of the way. There were some opportunities (I feel ) for follow up questions that would get you into actionable items (something your description says you deliver).Lastly, while you have an iTunes button under each episode, there was no option for android (there is on the front page).
