There are several reasons why this team is soooo bad & it starts with ownership and front office, let alone clearly Dave Gettlemen was not the right GM for this job. What worked in Carolina even though he inherited a Luke Keuchly, Thomas Davis, Steve Smith, & Gregg Olsen, and DeAngelo Williams. The previous GM really bullt that team.
