Run a marathon and change your life... It's no secret that I TRULY believe in the transformative power of running. When I go running for long enough I find my happy place, my mind can wander stress-free, and I can just... be. I realize it doesn't work for everyone this way, but it does for me, and it does for many others. I'd love for more people to discover this... problem is, so many people out there don't just think marathons are crazy... they simply think they're not capable.
