Little did they know at the time that this would be the launching point into a cinematic franchise consisting of 13 feature films, including remakes, reboots and one stand alone story spanning 44 years. Over the next 13 weeks, SLASH - a brand new horror movie podcast - will be watching all of the Halloween movies and our host, Mike from Geek Mentality, also known as me, will be talking about the movies. I was a senior in high school when "Batman: Mask of the Phantasm" came out in theaters. Now do you think being a senior in high school and recently having a girlfriend (now my wife) is going to stop this cool dude from going to see an animated Batman movie in a second-run movie theater with his older brother and friend who were both in college? Think about it - I am a 44 year old guy who calls his podcast "Geek Mentality" - what do YOU think the answer is?

After 15 seasons - 11 of which I watched first-run (after catching up through Netflix DVDs), we say goodbye to the little show that could. And did. I wasn't about to let this occasion go by and do nothing! So I give my thoughts on the show and on how it all ends. Hope you enjoy!

I went to go see the new Star Wars movie tonight - "The Rise of Skywalker" - and got out of the theater close a little before 1:00am. But I hit record anyway - and rambled on and on about it. Did I make sense? I don't know. Did I sneeze a lot? Yes I did. Am I still awake? I am not even sure anymore. But I liked this movie a lot, sorry if you disagree. Hugs and Kisses, Just a fan.
