Greg Dutcher and Nathan Bell are back for Week 4 of their Movie Month series, and this time they're looking ahead to the biggest, boldest, and most questionable films of the summer. Joined once again by special guest Nathan Bartlebaugh, the trio dives into a full-on Summer Movie Preview, breaking down what's coming, what's worth your time, and what might crash and burn at the box office. Expect sharp takes, friendly debates, and a mix of insight and gut instinct as they try to predict the unpredictable summer movie season. Whether you're planning your theater lineup or just want to hear what not to see, this episode has you covered.
Greg and Nathan are back for Week 3 with a fun theme: Great Idea, Bad Movie. Once again, they're joined by special guest Nathan Bartlebaugh to break down films that looked like guaranteed hits on paper, but somehow missed the mark. They kick things off by comparing the original premise to the final product, asking the big question: how do you fumble something that seemed so promising? From there, they dig into exactly where things went sideways, whether it's messy writing, inconsistent tone, sideways expectation, or pacing that just couldn't keep up. To keep things fair, they wrap up by highlighting at least one thing each film actually got right, because even flawed movies usually have a spark of something good. If you've ever walked out of a movie thinking “this should've been amazing,” this episode is for you.
Some movies fade as soon as the credits roll, but others linger, echoing in your mind days, weeks, even years later. In this episode, Greg and Nathan are joined by returning guest Nathan Bartlebaugh to dive into the films they just can't shake. Each host brings movies that have stayed with them long after the first watch, unpacking what gives these stories their lasting power. Is it an unforgettable character? A haunting ending? A theme that hits a little too close to home? Along the way, they each highlight one scene from their picks that refuses to let go. But this isn't just about great movies, it's about great storytelling. The conversation turns toward what writers can learn from these films and how to craft stories that truly stick with an audience.

Greg and Nathan kick off a new series with a deep dive into the 2026 Oscars, joined by special guest Nathan Bartlebaugh. In this Week 1 episode, the trio breaks down Hollywood's biggest night, unpacking what the Academy got right… and where it may have missed the mark. From the night's biggest winners to the most debated decisions, they ask the big question: were the top honors truly deserved? They spotlight the year's most surprising snubs and overlooked performances, and what those omissions might reveal about the industry's current direction. Plus, Greg, Nathan, and Nathan each share their personal picks, who should have taken home the gold, and reflect on what this year's Oscars say about the evolving tastes and priorities of Hollywood. Whether you're an awards junkie or just love great movies, this episode delivers sharp takes, lively debate, and plenty of film fan insight.

Send us a textAfter a hiatus and the aftermath of the cancellation of Bonnaroo (2:00), the Gents have finally returned to their regular scheduled broadcast of the EstoBro TV Podcast. It is officially summer time, which means insane weather outside of heatwaves are impacting your favorite vacation spots everywhere. EstoBro breaks with TV with his qualms of the state of Bonnaroo, especially with the third cancellation of the music and arts festival in a span of 5 years. Returning back to the classic format of the show, TV breaks down the results of the NBA Finals and the Stanley Cup Finals (14:20). The Oklahoma City Thunder won their first title in franchise history, while the Florida Panthers went back-to-back as champions; the latter having a rematch against the Edmonton Oilers. With July arriving, the biggest movie month of the year is set to take place (37:00). After TV's review of the live action adaptation of How to Train Your Dragon, the pair also debate on who will rule the box office amongst: Jurassic World: Rebirth, Superman, and Fantastic Four: First Steps; which will all be releasing on separate dates for the month in that order. Finally, to cover the nerdcore of the program, the Gents also review the summer showcase of each major video game company (55:45). Nintendo had a historical launch of the Nintendo Switch 2 at the start of June, while Microsoft announced that this holiday, they will be releasing their own handheld device to compete with Nintendo. It is good to be back, and the Gents are happy to kick off summer with a fresh episode of the podcast!Theme song made by iamRavedadInteract with the Gents of the podcast on the following social media platforms:X (Formally known as Twitter) YouTube InstagramBlog/websiteJoin the Discord serverSubscribe to the official playlist of the podcast
