Tanya Salseth is a real estate agent, an incredibly savvy RE investor, and worked as a Foreign Service Officer before changing careers to full-time real estate. Tanya is currently a full-time real estate investor and agent with Keller Williams, heading up a team that services DC, MD, and VA. She and her team specialize in helping Foreign Service clients harness the power of real estate to achieve their personal and financial goals. She owns 15 units in 3 states (VA, MD, and FL) and has acquired property through a number of creative methods, including buying from wholesalers, seller financing, the BRRRR method, and sourcing off market property through places like FaceBook and Craigslist. She is currently in the process of acquiring commercial property in MD, self manages all her properties, and just finished up a $200k rehab on a 3 unit building that she owns.
