Steve Gonser is the founder of RunSmartonline.com (https://runsmartonline.com/ ) who's mission is to provide access to quality training and running programs that provide the foundation for a long and healthy running career.  The RunSmart online platform helps runners get back to running faster. Steve Gonser graduated with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Daemen College, instantly applying his knowledge of human movement and functional anatomy to his passion for running.  Steve is a 6x Boston Marathon Qualifier, a 2x Ironman, including a 10:41 finish in Lake Placid and a Sub-3 hour marathoner.Steve runs 2 programs in addition to providing his online strength and training programs:  The Midfoot Project,  helping runners with proper gait and landing techniques, as well as The Kneed for Speed Program (beginning  August 1st, but you can start anytime that works for you).  This program helps runners increase their speed without having to train harder.  Get on his email list and/or join the online platform (see below) to get information on his programs as they become available.  Steve Gonsor also provides running analysis as a separate add-on program thru his online platform.I have been using RunSmartOnline for over a year to help with strength and stability with a focus on one legged exercises for foot strength and balance.  I also use the yoga for runners workouts but there are a number of strength programs with videos to follow and I love receiving tips for stretches, warm-ups and drills in my email.  *There is also a RunSmart App providing access to everything on your phone!  Click below for a 2 week trial.Check out RunSmartOnline:  https://runsmartonline.com/training-plans/I cannot recommend this program more!
