As 2022 approaches, there's a lot on the horizon, despite everything in live performance going dark for a few weeks at least, if not several. Thankfully, Sam Varela, one of the best people in comedy, joins again to not only break down the situation that the Omicron variant of COVID-19 has brought to comedy, but highlight the ongoing importance of her virtual stand-up show, Self-Care Comedy, that has been going weekly for almost a year and still has strong regular audience as well as that there is no going back to any sort of element of 2019 ever again.
