The Directional Covenant Series, "The Promise," Message 2 December 5, 2021 Exodus 19: 1-6 Remind the group what the Abrahamic Covenant is. Remind the group what the Mosaic Covenant is. What is the difference between a UNILATERAL covenant (Abrahamic) and a BILATERAL covenant? Why is this important to our understanding of how we relate to God today? What value do the 10 Commandments play in our life today? Read Deuteronomy 6:4-7. Explain how and why it’s so important for the parents to raise children with the 10 commandments as a guiding standard. How do the 10 commandments point us to Jesus? (Galatians 3:24) What is my next step of obedience?
