It's time to announce the winner of the BBQ sauce contest. But that's not the biggest topic of conversation around the table, Josh got a new volunteer: Doug. Yes, Doug is leaving Saddleback. He talks about his resignation, knowing when it's time to go, leaving well, and what it means for the podcast (Hint, it doesn't change anything at Simply Youth Ministry).
