Stephanie E. Wilson-Coleman is the GSA's Director of Personal Property Management & the Office of Small Business Utilization. The Small Business Utilization Center serves as the advocate for small businesses; and The Personal Property Division is responsible for disposing of the federal government’s excess and surplus property through utilization, donations and sales. Ms. Wilson-Coleman spent over 20 years in various financial positions in the private sector. These positions included Assistant Controller for The Virtual World Entertainment Group, the St. Petersburg Medical Clinic, Finance Director for The Bay Plaza Companies and Manager and Technical Specialist for Allstate Insurance Companies. Ms. Wilson-Coleman is a graduate of the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business (Executive MBA Program) where she earned a Masters of Business Administration and the University of Arkansas, Little Rock, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. She also earned a Financial Management Certification from the USDA Graduate School. Ms. Wilson-Coleman is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Blacks in Government, the National Association of Black MBA’s and the National Forum of Black Public Administrators.
