What if success is not supposed to feel this heavy? In this episode of The Real Women Real Business Podcast, Shauna Lynn Simon sits down with Dr. Rosenna Bakari, an empowerment psychologist, leadership consultant, author, and founder of Seven Exits. With more than 30 years of experience studying and teaching human behavior, Dr. Bakari helps high-performing women and leaders bridge the gap between outward success and inner ease.Through her Seven Exits framework, Dr. Bakari challenges the idea that achievement, credentials, and talent are enough to create sustainable success. Instead, she explores the emotional maturity, self-awareness, joy, and personal mastery required to build a life and business that does not cost women their wellbeing.Listeners will hear why so many accomplished women still feel emotionally unsafe or unfulfilled, how success can create isolation, and why letting go may be more powerful than accumulating more. Cesar R. Espino brings to you at You Can Overcome Anything! Podcast Show, a special guest. She is Dr. Klara Gubacs-Collins who doesn't teach motivation—she teaches execution under pressure. A high-performance strategist, author of Your Good Is Good Enough, and former professor, she helps athletes, executives, and high achievers stop overthinking and start performing when it actually counts. Her core message is simple but disruptive: under pressure, you don't lose confidence—you lose access to it. And if you don't know how to reset, you stay stuck. With over 25 years of experience, she developed the Performance Reset System to help people recover fast from mistakes, regulate emotional triggers, and perform freely without carrying the weight of proving themselves.Featured in Forbes, Psychology Today, and Muscle & Fitness, her work cuts through traditional mindset advice and focuses on what actually drives performance: access, not hype. Because real performance isn't about becoming someone else—it's about finally being able to use what's already there.Dr. Kalra Gubacs-Collins message to you is:Under pressure, nothing is missing—you're just not accessing it. But if your worth is tied to your results, every moment feels like it defines you—and that's what blocks performance. Separate your worth, reset faster, and you'll return to your best.To Connect with her tgo to:Website: klaragubacs.comBook: Your Good Is Good Enough (available on Amazon)Email: klara@winningmindinstitute.comLinkedIn: Dr. Klara Gubacs-CollinsInstagram: @klaragubacsYet Another amazing Episode of You Can Overcome Anything! We can walk around with a massive set of unquestioned assumptions running our lives, yet not even know it.We might think we're being rational, but we've got confirmation bias working overtime. There's research showing that people on opposite sides of a debate can read the exact same article, and both walk away more convinced they were right. On top of that, the people with the least skill in an area tend to be the most confident about how good they are (look up the Dunning-Kruger effect — it's humbling). In this episode I get into how to actually break through that by running real experiments with real hypotheses. I'll also share the story of when I set up a clear test for a new business, watched it fail, and then talked myself into ignoring my own results for two and a half years.--- P.S.: If you like this podcast, you'll probably enjoy seeing Scott present live. If you've ever made a plan on Sunday and thought, "But what if I don't feel like eating that way by Thursday?" and then quietly made no plan at all, this one is for you, friend. In Part 5 of the Success Mindset summer series, I dig into the mindset that keeps so many of us overachievers stuck: the fear of feeling boxed in, and the way that fear quietly hands your most important decisions to the most depleted version of you. Here's the uncomfortable truth underneath it. The freedom you think you're protecting by "staying flexible" is the very thing draining your time, your energy, and your results. This is a short and sweet episode with a concept that gave me hours of my life back, and it reaches far past the plate. If you're the kind of woman who gets a little hit of satisfaction every time you cross something off your list, this one's for you, friend. Because here's what I've noticed after years of chasing those tiny checkboxes: the small, easy tasks we tell ourselves are "productive" are often the exact thing keeping us from the goal that actually matters. I call it procrasto-working, and overachievers are dangerously good at it. In part four of our six-part Success Mindset summer series, I'm sharing the shift I personally made that changed how I move through my entire day — starting with the hard thing instead of saving it for a version of me that has more time, more energy, and fewer emails (spoiler: she never arrives). It's a small reorder with a surprisingly big ripple effect, and it's less about discipline than you'd think. Most entrepreneurs are told the same thing: Grow bigger. Scale faster. Buy more. But what if that's actually the wrong goal? In this conversation, Matt Faircloth shares one of the biggest lessons from decades in business and real estate: success isn't about having the most units, the biggest company, or the flashiest lifestyle. It's about building a business that matches the life you actually want. Too many entrepreneurs chase someone else's definition of success, only to discover they've built a business they no longer enjoy. In this clip, you'll learn: • Why bigger isn't always better • The hidden downside of endless scaling • How to define success on your own terms • Why focus beats chasing shiny objects • The importance of work-life balance in entrepreneurship • Building wealth without sacrificing your life Whether you're an entrepreneur, real estate investor, business owner, founder, or someone pursuing financial freedom, this message is a powerful reminder that your business should serve your life—not the other way around. Sometimes, doing fewer deals, saying "no" more often, and focusing on what you truly enjoy leads to greater long-term success than constantly chasing the next milestone. If this message resonated with you, like the video, subscribe, and share it with another entrepreneur who needs this reminder !!
