Ledge Trump: This is grabbing the ledge and while your opponent is on it(Enemy will be forced off the ledge and do not get invincibility frames when grabbing a second time). The way to do it is run off stage and circle the thumbstick down and back just as the character moves off of solid ground.  Practice it in training with your character and you will then be able to recognize the frame where you circle the thumbstick.
