This ain’t no highlight reel! So, if there’s something you’ve been wanting to do, but don’t feel capable, this podcast is for you.
This episode is our pre-game episode... today I get to pump you up to face life!! Today is actually not focused on those mistakes, but rather it is a reminder of just how great you are no matter what! Like a team in a locker room preparing for a big game, I want you to know that you are putting in the work.. and today is the pre-game HUSTLE HYPE UP! As always, we still are real and raw and talk about hard topics, but I want today's episode to be a little extra sprinkle of Kris Jenner energy and love. Today, my naturally loud voice gets a little louder!! I want to share about times when I haven't spoken up and the impact that had on me- some of these stories are still big regrets in my life. I think we can all relate to feeling frozen and not knowing what to say in uncomfortable situations. But, today, I want to share that and discusses the power our voices have for good. Getting loud is scary and it is necessary to change the world. I hope that this is such a powerful episode. Tune in! Follow, Me, Dana on Instagram @danachristine25 to connect! I am so excited for today's episode to take y'all with me on a little virtual trip down memory lane to... SPAIN! I wanted to get up close and personal with y'all about a time when life really was NOT insta perfect and comparison was rearing its ugly head all while I was supposed to be "living my best traveling life." Comparison is real and hard and sticky! It is also like watching another car while trying to drive your own car... it does not work. So, today, I wanted to talk about comparison and what helped me through it. I want to get open and honest about times when I put myself down and was my worst critic. And, I want to give a BIG bear hug to anyone who is in this spot right now. Today's episode talks about comparison and some things that helped me through. This is such a big topic though and I hope to hear your story and do more episodes on this in the future. Never forget, you ARE amazing- whether you believe it or not right now- I know it is true. In this episode, your host, Dana Herman, discusses how she came up with the idea for this podcast! After all, in the words of 2000s gem Hannah Montana, “everyone makes mistakes”; but, this podcast is a forum for people to hear and SHARE about those experiences. This is a place to be more open than the world often allows us to be about ourselves- here we are raw and real. Cause no one's life is really insta perfect now!! So tune into this podcast that breaks the stigma around mistakes and encourages people to talk about them openly. By talking and laughing we will find our humanity and community and just relate to each other better. Love ya! Follow Dana on insta @danachristine25 to connect!
