Here are a few everyday habits that might be sabotaging your happiness:1. Comparing Yourself to OthersSocial media has made it easier than ever to compare ourselves to others. However, constantly comparing your life to the curated versions presented online can lead to feelings of inadequacy and dissatisfaction. Remember, everyone's journey is unique.2. OvercommittingSaying "yes" to everything can leave you feeling overwhelmed and stressed. It's important to prioritize your time and energy and learn to say "no" when necessary.3. Focusing on the NegativeDwelling on negative thoughts and experiences can create a self-fulfilling prophecy. Instead, try to focus on the positive aspects of your life.4. Neglecting Self-CareTaking care of yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally is essential for overall well-being. Make time for activities that nourish your soul, such as exercise, meditation, or spending time in nature. 5. Holding GrudgesHolding onto grudges can weigh you down and make it difficult to move forward. Forgiveness, even if it's just for yourself, can be liberating.6. Avoiding RiskStep outside of your comfort zone and embrace new challenges. Taking calculated risks can lead to personal growth and fulfillment.7. Focusing on Material PossessionsWhile material possessions can provide comfort and convenience, true happiness comes from meaningful relationships, experiences, and personal growth.8. Living in the Past or FutureInstead of dwelling on the past or worrying about the future, focus on the present moment. Mindfulness can help you appreciate the simple joys of life.By being mindful of these everyday choices, you can take steps to cultivate more joy and fulfillment in your life. The Trifecta of Fundamentals" is a concept that encapsulates the three core pillars of success in various fields. It emphasizes the critical importance of mastering three key elements: Why routine is important: It includes academic and practical understanding, allowing you to make informed decisions and solve problems effectively. How fitness effects our mental health: Physical fitness has a profound impact on our mental health. Regular exercise, such as cardiovascular workouts, strength training, and yoga, can lead to numerous positive changes in the brain and overall well-being. When we exercise, our bodies release endorphins, often referred to as "feel-good" hormones, which reduce stress and boost our mood. Additionally, fitness can improve sleep quality, increase self-esteem, and provide a sense of accomplishment, all of which contribute to better mental health. Moreover, regular physical activity can reduce the risk of conditions like depression and anxiety. It promotes a healthier lifestyle, provides an opportunity for social interaction, and offers a constructive way to manage stress, ultimately fostering a positive, resilient mind. The Dangers of Comparing Yourself to Others: Comparing yourself to others can lead to self-esteem issues, anxiety, and unhappiness. This harmful habit can undermine your self-worth and hinder personal growth. Embrace your uniqueness and focus on your journey, as constant comparisons can obscure your true potential and rob you of genuine contentment.   The Trifecta of Fundamentals, when balanced and harnessed, forms a robust foundation for achieving excellence and reaching one's goals.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

And the best way of manifesting this ease is to pray as if it has already happened. Sarah believes that the whole idea behind manifestation needs to be built around being thankful as if your desires are already within reach. For instance, if you yearn for good health, don't see it as a distant future that never arrives. Instead, pray for a healthy body as though you already possess one. Immerse yourself spiritually in the essence of a well person. Picture your old body fading away, replaced by a new, vibrant self. Remember, you can't be the same person in a new life. You actually have to change your personality to change your reality. What is Self Love? What is your definition of self-love? When you go on social media, self-love is a bubble bath, candles, a box of chocolate, or a Thai massage. And while those things are pleasant and very necessary, that is the most superficial way to look at self-love. At its core, self-love is about loving yourself, embracing your flaws, quirks, and imperfections like badges of honor. It's that magnetic force that draws you towards your true, authentic self. When you nurture self-love within, it's like a contagious wildfire that spreads to everyone around you. Suddenly, your energy becomes infectious, inspiring others to embark on their own self-love journey. However, self-love isn't all sunshine and rainbows. It takes courage, vulnerability, and a whole lot of inner work. Links and ResourcesSarah's LinkedInSarahgrynberg.comConnect with Sarah on Facebook A Life of Greatness PodcastOutwitting the Devil: The Secret to Freedom and Success by Napoleon HillIf you like daily inspirational nuggets, you can join our free texting community at 917-6343-796 and text the word "Candice".Meta-DescriptionKeynote Speaker, Writer, and podcast host Sarah Grynberg talks about the proven habits and strategies you can use to elevate your very best life, cultivate greatness, and connect with a deeper sense of self.  Support the show

Are you stuck comparing who you are today to who you were ten, twenty, or more years ago? If so, today's episode is for you. We're going to talk about how to stop comparing yourself to your younger self. We'll explore how we tend to romanticize and idealize those older versions of ourselves. We'll also look at how to reprogram our brains and accept the reality that a changing body is more normal than not as we age. If aging is bogging you down or you can't get over the desire to look how you looked decades ago, listen and share with a friend! Highlights from today's show: Comparing Yourself to Your Younger Self *Understand that comparing yourself to the "old you" isn't a victimless crime. *We explore how this kind of comparison can have damaging effects too! *We talk about the realities of aging--that the human body is always aging and changing and how looking decades younger would actually be strange for most of us! *We explore objectification and how we don't really remember or see clearly that woman in the old photo as more than just an object. Yet, she had struggles of her own--even if her body was "better." *Why comparing your younger self isn't really an apples to apples, fair comparison. Coaching tip: Write a list of reasons you WOULDN'T want to return to the age of which you keep comparing yourself. Are there things about your life then that you are missing now? Are there things about your life now that you appreciate and are grateful for? See if you can explore below the surface to find out what it is you are really missing about that old life. Was it relationships? Friendships? Freedom from burdens or responsibilities you carry now? Chances are, it's not just the body you are missing. Are we email friends yet?
