This episode is by no means perfect or even great. I am tired and exhausted, but I felt like an episode on the topic of Asian American and Pacific Islander hate crimes is important. It hurts as an American, born and raised, I and many like me have to constantly prove we belong in America and that this is our home too. America is home, despite the hate, pain, and emotional turmoil I may experience or see, America is home. Links: Stop AAPI Hate 2020-2021 National Report NBC News Video CBS News Video
