Our fourth episode focuses on the important topic of Safeguarding Adults. Getting this right will ensure safe access to sport and physical activity for everyone. In this episode we are joined by Nicola from the Ann Craft Trust, who explains more about Safeguarding Adults, how your club/group can get it right and Safeguarding Adults Week.

We also sat down with England Rugby star James Haskell, who chats about his experiences with grassroot sports and shares his message for the important volunteers helping to run clubs up and down the country!
In our second episode, we're focusing on volunteers.
