    Danny Servick - Founder of Pro One Basketball

    As a former Division I point guard, Danny knows plenty about leading a team. In 2003, Servick founded Pro One Sports and built the company into one of the top global agencies in the business and earned a reputation for being an honest and tireless worker for his clients. He has developed relationships with some of the most influential personnel in professional basketball around the world, in addition to his extensive network on the collegiate level. Servick has over 20 years experience in the professional ranks, serving as a NBA and FIBA agent, providing scouting services for top teams all over Europe, and helping players and coaches all over the world. Servick ran day-to-day operations for Pro One in the U.S. where he specialized in scouting, recruiting, contract research, negotiations (he has put together NBA contracts and million dollar deals with teams in Europe), and draft preparation. He also oversaw player development programs, creating and implementing comprehensive training programs for draft prospects and free agents. In addition to making an impact on the professional level, Danny has become a thought leader and influential voice in the youth/amateur market as well. He created and has built Pro One Basketball Club, a nationally recognized Under Armour program, into one of the premier travel programs located in the southeast.     JP Nerbun from Thrive on Challenge

    J.P.     Chris Gaither - Collins (KY) High School Boys' Varsity Head Coach

    Chris Gaither is the Head Boys Basketball Coach at Marth Layne Collins High School (Collins HS) in Shelbyville, KY. Chris just completed his 10th season at the helm of the Titan program. Averaging over 20 wins per season during his tenure there, Collins has become a perennial power in Kentucky high school basketball. In fact, Kentucky's 2020 Mr. Basketball was none other than Collins product, Dayvion McKnight, a Western Kentucky University signee. Chris discusses program building, developing and managing youth programs, coaching the best player on the team, fundraising, his program's calendar, among other topics. This interview will be of particular interest to those who are coaching at a new school, one without tradition and the challenges that comes with coaching in such a situation.     Cory Baldwin - South Georgia State College Men's Head Coach - Episode 4

    Cory Baldwin is the Head Men's Basketball Coach at South Georgia State College where he has compiled a 232 -113 record in his 11 seasons. Baldwin previously served as the head coach of the Cartersville Warriors in the World Basketball Association. Baldwin led the Warriors to a 10-4 record. The three previous college basketball seasons, Baldwin served as the head coach at Truett-McConnell College (now Truett-McConnell University). He compiled the third best record in the GJCAA during that time, which included a trip to the GJCAA semifinals each year. Prior to his work at Truett-McConnell, Baldwin served as Assistant Basketball Coach at Clayton State University for seven years. Before being an assistant coach at Clayton State University, Baldwin was a student at CSU. While attending Clayton State he played on the basketball team, were he was team captain his senior season for the first ever Clayton State Team to be National Ranked in NCAA competition.     Preston Spradlin - Morehead State University Head Men's Basketball Coach - Episode 2

    Preston Spradlin is in his second season as full-time head coach after spending the majority of the 2016-17 season as interim head coach. He is in his fifth season overall with the Morehead State men's basketball program and his 10th year working with a Division I program. On March 16, 2017, he was named the 14th men's basketball head coach in program history. Spradlin officially took on the interim head coaching position on Dec. 15, 2016, nine games into the 2016-17 season after the Eagles opened with a 2-7 record. He then guided Morehead State to a 12-9 record the rest of the way and a 10-6 mark in OVC play, which ranked second in the league. Following the 2015-16 season, Spradlin was named to the National Basketball Coaches Association (NABC) 2016 Under Armour 30-Under-30-Team, which recognizes 30 men's basketball coaches across the country that are under the age of 30. Spradlin came to Morehead State after five seasons with national power Kentucky. He spent two campaigns (2009-11) as a graduate assistant with the Wildcats before three years as the assistant director of operations (2011-14). His duties included film breakdown, creating and maintaining playbooks, assisting with opponent scouting and day-to-day operations.     Ger Sasser - Strength Coach at Ashland Blazer (KY) High School - Episode 1
