But what we don't talk about is how each "yes" we give away takes a little piece of our time, our energy, and our focus. Eventually, we end up with almost nothing left for ourselves or our own priorities. Today, let's talk about mastering the art of saying "no." Because sometimes, saying "no" is the best way to say "yes" to what matters.

Life is full of challenges, and it's easy to make excuses when things get tough. We often avoid doing the hard things because they seem too difficult, uncomfortable, or scary. But if you want to achieve your goals, you have to train your brain to push through and stop making excuses.
