This is just a 'test' upload as I have not podcasted in awhile and I forget the steps to do so.

Jill Lampo told me she broke up with a guy named Matthew Luque to start dating Jon Onuma. Luque ends up working at the same coffee shop as Kristen. When I called Matthew he angrily hung up on me telling me never to call him again. This was back in 1998.

Onuma was evicted from a Kaneohe, Hawaii residence after his connection to the Kristen Modafferi case was made known to the owner of the home. The residence was worth about $1.4 million dollars and Onuma had no job. Somehow, he was living there all alone. After he was evicted, the Property Manager located a briefcase hidden beneath some eaves in the attic. When the property manager opened it, he found articles about Kristen Modafferi inside.

Brooke Glassco and her boyfriend, Rueben Brand were the winners of our $1,000.00 Treasure Hunt and they join us today to share their personal accounts of ho0w they learned about Kristin in the first place, then continue on to share how they put the clues together to locate the $1,000.00.

An 'Open Address' to residents in Wahiawa, Kaneohe & Honolulu who may know a man named Jon Onuma, aka, Jade Yoshino. He may be involved in the disappearance of 18 year old Kristen Modafferi back in 1997. Please listen to this Podcast and help spread the word.

Ok - this was very strange to see. A Kristin supporter posted her fellings about Kristin on the SLO Sheriff's Facebook page and incredibly received a 'posted response' saying posts about Kristin were 'off-topic' and she was threatened with having her posts deleted. I called the Sheriff's Department to ask for clarification and got voicemail so I left a message which you can hear...

For 32 years, Cal Poly has contracted out with Jeff Radding to come on its campus and give free legal advise to its students and faculty. Radding is also the attorney for Paul Flores, the suspect identified by Law Enforcement as the kid who abducted and killed Kristin, one of Cal Poly's own co-eds. Kristin has never been found. I called Cal Poly today and asked for a statement as to why they allow this to happen. My podcast is a recording of that phone call.

In February 2016 I received a truly explosive email from a Flores family member recounting horrific behavior of Paul Flores at a family Christmas gathering. With her permission - I read for your two separate emails she sent me of her first-hand account of Paul Flores - the prime suspect in Kristin's disappearance.

7,781 days.... That is all it took. First time in over 21 years a President of Cal Poly actually reached out and communicated with the the Smart family. In that window of time - you could fight WW2 three and a half times. For whatever reason Wednesday, September 15th marked the day that the tragedy of Kristin Smart rose high enough on the 'priority' level within the offices of the Cal Poly President Jeffrey Armstrong (and his predecessors) to warrant a phone call to the missing students' parents. Better late than never, I guess, but this is really a screaming embarrassment that should never go unnoticed.

Griffin Cherry Rosie Levine Hans Opsahl Kurt Opsahl Justin Neisular Kristin rented a room at 274 Jayne Avenue in Oakland. In today's podcast - we take a closer look at each one of these roommates and some of their actions since Kristin vanished. I do not believe they are responsible for her disappearance (but anything is possible) because I still think Jon Onuma and Jill Lampo at the very least are not telling us everything they know.

I actually got the chance to meet the idiot Flores family in the early days of my involvement with Kristin's case. This was back in late 1997 or early 1998. In this podcast I share with you my 'first-hand' account of my intersection with the Family of Paul Flores from Arroyo Grande, Ca.

In this podcast, I discuss the 'Cold Canyon Landfill' lead, which was a theory that Kristin's father took very seriously at one point. I do not think Kristin is there and I came to this belief after speaking with the supervisor of the Landfill a man named Kim.

It has always offended me that no Cal Poly Admin official has ever contacted the Smarts in 21 years since back to the day Kristin, one of their very own 'co-eds' was abducted from the heart of their campus. Even the Undersheriff of San Luis Obispo said on national TV that 'at some point in time, there was a deceased human being in Flores' dorm room'. In todays podcast - I share with you my the total lack of respect Cal Poly President Jeffrety Armstrong has shown towards the parents of one of hs own students.

Back in 1997 - I called Matthew Luque seeking contact information for his close friend, Kelly Strathman. Matthew's name was given to me by a co-worker of Kristien's at Spinelli's Coffee in San Francisco. Matthew had no idea who I was when his phone rang. He was very polite to me after I introduced myself to him. The instant (literally) I mentioned 'Kristen Modafferi's name', Matt did a 180 and became very hostile and told me to never call him again. He then hung up the phone. It made no sense. Come to find out that a few weeks later - Oakland PD raid suspect Jon Onuma and Jill Lampo's apartment and they find an address book with Matthew Luque's name in it. Turns out that Jill Lampo broke up with Matthew Luque to start dating Jon Onuma. Soon after Kristen's disappearance, Luque starts working at the same Spinelli's coffee shop that Kristen worked at.

Today we take a look at Cheryl Anderson-Manzer and look at her involvement with the Smart family in the 21 years since Kristin vanished. We also want to HIGHLIGHT the very important fact that Cheryl is in NO WAY a suspect. To the contrary, the suspects actions in the early morning hours have wreaked havoc on Cheryl's life as well.

Bunk. Some Law enforcement people are of the opinion that Kristen was the victim of what are known as 'Sneaker Waves' that come crashing with such unexpected force that victims lose their balance, fall into the water and then swept out to sea. The Modafferi's have even been told to accept this theory as a probability and to go back to North Carolina and try and live their lives. In this Podcast - I share with you my reasons why I am pretty certain that that did not happen to Kristen.

Today starts the brand new $1,000.00 Cash Treasure Hunt aimed at educating Cal Poly students about Kristin's case. All clues will have to do with Key People in Kristin's case. Tim Davis - walked Kristin home from the party. Cheryl Anderson-Manzar - also walked Kristin home from the party. Flores attorney Jeffrey Radding, representing the man who police say is involved in Kristin's disappearance yet Cal Poly invites him on campus. Finally, CalPoly President Jeffrey Armstrong, who for some inexplicable reason, refuses to speak with the Smart family.

About 45 minutes after Kristen got off of work on the day she vanished, she was seen on the 2nd floor of the Crocker Galleria Mall (Kristin worked on the first floor) walking along very casually in the company of another young woman with blonde hair. This young woman has never come forward despite many public please for her to do so.

Today I share with you what happened the day I was arrested while standing out in front of the Arroyo Grande City Council for violating a restraining order place against me by the Flores family and Mike McConville. There is a very interesting 'twist' to this story I think many people will find very interesting.

This year, I received an anonymous tip from someone who was very protective of Cheryl Anderson, the co-ed who walked Kristin home from the party. I share with you the contents of this very important information where we re told that Cheryl told other co-eds that Paul killed Kristin even BEFORE she was reported missing. NOTE: There may be an innocent explanation for all this but it sure grabbed my attention.

Back in about 2000, Jon Onuma raped a woman who eventually married Dr. Zeidman. About a year into their marriage, his wife broke down and shared with her husband the horrific details of Onuma's assault upon her, included stealing her Credit Card and racking up about $14,000.00 worth of camera equipment at B&H Photo in NYC. Dr. Zeidman was the wrong person to mess with and he defended his wife's honor and had Onuma making payments to repay what he stole/

Today we take a close look at one of the more 'important' leads that have ever come in the past 21 years. Someone using the Yahoo email address" Laaaaaaaaaaaa@yahoo.com and using the name 'Ben Franklin' sent a series of four emails in 2003 saying that Paul killed Kristin. The tipster said that he/she worked with Paul and his friend Jeromy Moon at the Union 76 station. Computer forensics were able to determine that the emails were sent from a computer lab at Sonoma State University in Rohnert Park, Ca.

Our guest today is Eddie Aguilar, a local SLO County resident who was always been a voice for Kristin. Eddie was at the Arroyo Grande Clark Center for the Performing Arts and noticed Ruben Flores their in his role as an 'usher'. Eddie pulled out his cellphone and filmed himself telling Ruben to dig up his back yard to find Kristin.

We introduce Kenneth Monroe Beasley to our listeners today. Kenneth is another one of the Hope Mills residents that got caught up in the cycle of drugs and he has made very serious claims that he witnessed Pierre Scurlock hit Kent over the head with a shovel on Porter Road in a robbery. I was able to tape record Kenneth's account and I provide a transcript on our 'Kristen, Kristin and Kent' companion FB page...

In this podcast, I ask Tiburon Police Officer to please explain to me why no 'Police Report' was generated when Tim Davis called his Department to file a complaint against me. I then asked Officer Ford how I could obtain a copy of a report since I am considering filing a claim against Tim Davis for making false statements about me. Officer Ford told me I he was not going to generate a report and I therefore I would not be getting one.

Today's guest is Publisher of The California Register, David Smallwood. For the 4th year in a row, David has filed a complaint with the San Luis Obispo Grand Jury and David explains that there are 19 people seated in the SLO Grand Jury, only 12 of those are needed for an indictment. Read the Grand Jury Complaint your self and ask yourself how it is possible that 21 years have gone by.

Today we talk about the house literally next door to Kristen's. Kristen lived at 274 Jayne Ave, and unbeknownst to the Modafferi's, 278 Jayne Ave was a half way house for Probation Violators for Oakland, Alameda, Contra Costa and San Francisco counties. It is possible that what happened to Kristen occurred in that house. My personal belief is 'No' and I explain my reasons for believing so in this podcast.

Today's podcast deals with a phone cll I received Monday evening, August 8th, from Tiburon Police Officer, Shane Ford. In the call, he STERNLY warned me that if I aver contacted Tim Davis, his employer, or if I ever showed up at Davis' home again I could be sued for damaging Davis' professional career and I would be opening myself up to a restraining order. The call came for a 'No Caller ID' number so I called the Tiburon Police Department to make sure the call was legit. The call was 'legit' but the odd thing is that after all of this, no Police Report was generated regarding the matter. Hear the phone call for yourself.

There are about 10 people - all drug addicts - that form the 'circle' of people that we are pretty darn sure are responsible for Kent's disappearance. One of them is Drug Dealer Belinda Hall's boyfriend on March 10th, 2002, Pierre Scurlock. This podcast introduces you to this suspect.

On July 3rd, 2006, Maggie Crane murdered Daniel Dubie at a restaurant in Chaing Mai, Thailand. I decided to travel to Thailand to meet maggie in the women's Prison in the hopes that Maggie would share info about Jon Onuma and Daniel Dubie.

Tim Davis has refused to speak with the Smarts in 21+ years. He also refused to attend the deposition back in 1996. So - I decided to call him and ask 'why'. When he did not respond - I then called and spoke with his boss. This podcast is about that phone call...

It all starts at his friends, Roger Locklear's trailer and ends up out in front of Cliff Jones' property where the Cumberland County Sheriff's department says that there is probable cause to believe that the human remains of Kent Jacobs are buried in a refrigerator on that property. This is just a theory. We obviously do not know exactly what happened - but this is the path according to witnesses who claimed to have seen Kent on the afternoon of March 10th, 2002.

The official story we have about the last moments of Kristin's life come from Cheryl Anderson and Tim Davis. That is: that Kristin was passed out on the lawn next to the party (137 Crandal Way) and that they got her on her feet and helped her walk back to the dorms. Along the way, Flores showed up. At the rec center, Davis, left the other to walk to his car in a different direction. At Grand and Perimeter - Cheryl Anderson left Paul alone with Kristin and went to her dorms (Sierra Madre). Does that story match with this 2006 Anonymous tip about Davis? I don't think so. Also - in 21+ years, Tim Davis never once has spoken with Kristin's family. Also - he refused to attend the deposition in 1996. There may be all innocent explanations - but seems a bit odd to me.

Today you get to learn a bit about a guy named 'Daniel Dubie'. A world class con-artist if ever there was one. He was one of these people who travelled the world telling people he was Jesus and people believed him! Literally - people were giving him millions. Somehow, prime suspect Jon Onuma hooks up with this guy and was living all alone in a seaside estate in Kaneohe , Hawaii. One of Dubie' biggest victims was Herbalife co-Founder, Geraldine Cvitanoch. She married Dubie (who was already married) after meeting him just 30 days earlier. She then begins to sign over her Real Estate properties to him. She found out he was married and divorced him but it was too late - that money was GONE! Dubie was murdered in July 2006 in Chang Mai, Thailand. Another one of his scorned lovers had had enough and blew him away at a restaurant while he was having lunch!

Today, we take a very close look at the 'single most-important' and 'pressing' issue we have regarding Kent's case: Digging up the refrigerator on Greg Jones' property which was called for in the May 2010 Search Warrant but which has never been done.

On Saturday morning, a 'Kristin Supporter' named 'Mark' spotted Ruben and Paul Flores at the Walmart self-checkout and decided to make a stand for Kristin. Our Podcast today is special because we have Mark on the line to share with us his personal account.

Hard to believe but true: In 1999, Americas Most Wanted aired an episode about Kristen because the police could not locate Jon Onuma. Turns out - he was hiding at 3030 Kahili Street, Honolulu, Hawaii - shacking up with a woman named Momi Durand. Momi - then writes a sob story to ABC's Extreme Makeover and next thing you know hundreds of people are outside her home screaming, 'Move That Bus!' Same exact address.

They dis, however, sign a contract with Flores attorney to represent their student body and faculty. Cal Poly has contracted the services of the attorney representing the family of Paul Flores, the prime suspect in the abduction, killing and hiding Kristin Smarts body and at the same time they just refused to reach out to the Smarts in over twenty years....

Today we look at how 'Scott Peterson's' name came up in relation to Kristin's case and also about the time Denise Smart received Kristin's Freshman Transcripts from Cal Poly's Admin's office.

Charlotte Royal-McMillan took Kent Jacobs' paycheck money (about $200.00) on the day he disappeared and called her drug dealer, Belinda Hall, to score some dope. Belinda tells police that Kent was inside Charlotte's trailer when she sold Charlotte the drugs. Kent vanishes forever within minutes/few hours of Belinda Hall's last sighting of Kent.

David Smallwood is the publisher of The California Register along the Central Coast of California. David has done extensive research regarding Kristin's case and he outlines his reasons why he believes Susan Flores' yard needs to be dug up.

Jill Lampo was dating Jon Onuma the day Kristen vanished. They were living together on O'Farrell Street in the Tenderloin district of San Francisco. Lampo admitted to her uncle that she is suffering tremendous 'guilt' over her participation in the 'kidnap and murder' of a woman while she was in San Francisco.

Two stories shared with me over the years about 'run-in' with Paul Flores. First, a father comes forward after Kristin vanished to share his account of Paul staring thru the front window of his house into the the living room where his daughter and her friends were having a sleepover. Secondly, a young co-ed sends Dennis Mahon a tip about the time she made a mistake and invited a total stranger into her home as she was having a keg party. Also - we are introducing the 'Kristen, Kristin and Kent Facebook Group where I post 'emails, images and other media' that I am talking about on the podcast. For instance - today - I copy/pasted the entire email the co-ed sent to me in August of 2004.

Hope Mills, NC Fire Chief Hank Harris reported that Cliff Jones walked into his fire station one day and confessed that Kent was buried on his property inside an old refrigerator. A Search Warrant was issued and the Cumberland County Sheriff's Department executed the warrant in May of 2010. The search was halted mid-way due to environmental hazards on the property and the refrigerator was never dug up. That was seven years ago.

I introduce you to the person who, in my own opinion, is a prime suspect in Kristen's case. This is the idiot who phoned in the anonymous tip in the weeks after Kristen vanished that led Oakland Police to search in a certain direction that he now claims was just a 'hoax'. He ought to be put in prison for that act alone. I walk you thru June 23rd, 1997 and share with you pretty much what we know about that fateful day over 20 years ago.

Kent Jacobs, 42, is a mentally handicapped man from Hope Mills, NC who was abducted March 10th, 2002 and has never been found. We provide a short biography on who Kent Jacobs is, what happened on March 10th, 2002 and finally Dennis Mahon explains how he became involved with the Jacobs family. Most importantly - we have 'excellent' leads in Kent's case and we are pretty sure we know the the 'crowd' of people who know what happened that day. Sadly, several people we suspect have info on Kent's abduction have since died so they have taken their secrets with them.

Our first podcast for Kristen where I provide you with three short stories: 1) A short bio of who Kristen is, 2) how she came to be in the San Francisco Bay area in June of 1997 and 3) how I came to meet the Modafferi family and get involved with the search for their beautiful daughter. In 2004, I received an anonymous tip where Paul Flores told a gal pal of his during an all-night methamphetamine party that he killed Kristin and was laughing at the cops because they would never find her even though he buried Kristin close by. We know that Paul did not have many (if any) female friends in the aftermath of Kristin's disappearance so we are hopeful someone will recognize who the woman is and send in a tip.

5 months before Kristin vanished, a police report was filed stating that police detained Paul Flores for a 'Peeping Tom' incident where late at night, he scaled a balcony up to a 2nd floor apartment and attempted to break in to a co-eds' home. She called 911 and luckily the cops got there in time. Incredible - he was not arrested, Cal Poly allowed him to remain a student and then 5 months later Kristin vanished after last being seen with Flores.
