Good Session Podcast

It's Pi Day for episode 21 of the Good Session Podcast! The main topics are pie (for obvious reasons) and the most celebrated stoner event of all time, the Cannabis Cup. The gang gets into their favorite flavors of pie and asked what listeners preferred between pie and cake, along with a debate about the subject between them. To bridge the two topics, they pick two classics from movie night to discuss, Half Baked and American Pie.

It's episode 20 of the Good Session Podcast and the boys are getting spacy! They dive in to all things space! Whether it's the Mars Rover landing, their favorite space movie, or an astronaut's food taste test, the gang tackles everything they can. They also discuss their movie night, being John Carpenter's "Ghosts of Mars," and ask the age old question, "Are aliens real?"

In episode 19, the boys keep you up to date with what’s going on in the world of weed, along with a review of the new movie, Judas and the Black Messiah, and have a discussion about black history in the sports world. They also ask each other if they would rather be stuck at land or sea with an item of their choice.

For episode 18, the guys discuss the UFC fights from the night before(highlighted by Derrick Lewis vs Curtis Blaydes) and introduce a new segment, Tony’s Thrifted Treasures. They review the film “BlackKklansman” and tell the story of Ron Stallworth. The guys also ask who they would rather have a conversation with out of Martin Luther King, Jr and Malcolm X, along with the history their local area has with the Underground Railroad.

For episode 17, the guys start off with a recap of the Super Bowl and discuss the childhood classic movie, Space Jam. Also, they get into the upcoming sequel and have the never ending debate of who is the GOAT of basketball, LeBron James or Michael Jordan. Along with news about the ongoing NHL season, the gang interviews Yopptimus about what the DJ has going in his world and what got him started.

In this episode, the gang is remote again while they recap the weekend and discuss this years Super Bowl matchup, the best and worst moments of past Super Bowls, and the best and worst halftime shows and Super Bowl commercials, all while mixing in their weekly segments and games! As usual, it gets pretty smoky...

The boys go Live on YouTube for this episode because one of them needs to quarantine. They kick things off with a discussion about Indica or Sativa. Then get into this episodes main topic of late 90s to early 2000s Attitude era of pro wrestling. As Always some of Bret's Useless Information and crazy Florida Man stories. It's episode 14 and the boys had an action packed weekend! Between the McGregor/Poirier event and the watching of the rare movie, Dogma, also mentioned is their top 5 Kevin Smith movies and the infamous war between the preference between dogs and cats. Also discussed are their NFL playoff brackets along with the usual segments (including an extended game of Puff Puff Pass). Cheers everyone!

It's episode 13! The boys start off with their reviews of the Mummies of the World exhibit and finally, the movie, Youngblood. They also dive in to a discussion about the fascination with true crime documentaries and debate between hockey and football, which transitions in to talk about the beginning of the NHL season and the NFL playoffs. Along with all the regular segments, the session has everything else to offer today.

For episode 12, the boys kick it off with some more good news from 2020 and recap their first ever gaming stream on Twitch, along with their preferred season between winter or summer. In a sports heavy episode, they get into the start of the NFL playoffs and the upcoming NHL season with an analysis on the gang's collective favorite team, the Pittsburgh Penguins. For their movie night, They also talk about the movie Mystery, Alaska to stay with the hockey theme.

This week the boys kick off the new year with their first guest TayPro from Godhead Clothing. With the help of their special guest they discuss Quentin Tarantino movies in light of the movie night featuring Reservoir Dogs. They cap off their 2020 with some stories and good news from the mess of a year. Hear some good insight on how to kickstart a business and how to beat your family in monopoly. We cap the episode off with Florida Man stories and a new game called Puff Puff Pass. Cheers!

The boys are capping off the worst year in recent memory with their tenth episode! Torian relishes in his Dolphins "accidental victory" which opens up an off the cuff discussion on fixed games and sports cheating scandals. They also share their excitement on the announcement of the return of the NHL. In the pre-Christmas episode, Santa pulls up on the gang with early gifts, along with the guys throwing in a gift for the gag gift pool (We've been really good this year). They also talk about their past weekend, packed with one of the last Christmas movie nights of the year and a group game night. The guys keep with the holiday theme, discussing some of their favorite Christmas presents from the past, when they lost faith in Santa, and the concept of the "Elf on the Shelf." Happy Holidaze!

Episode 8 gets right into it with a lengthy freakout over Disney Investors Day. The guys also finally deliver their promise on discussions over conspiracy theories of their own choices and have a laugh about the upcoming bout between Floyd Mayweather and Logan Paul. Along with some regular segments, they get more into the holiday spirit with talks about their favorite Christmas music that gets them ready for this time of year.

Episode 7 kicks off with the boys recapping their night out for Uncle Tony's birthday. Tony also discusses some of his best finds of 2020 and even brings along some of his most recent ones to show the group (and you if you go check out the Youtube). They also talk about where they would love to live the most, their favorite Christmas movies after a recap of their kickoff of the holiday edition movie nights, and have their Sunday football discussion. As always, expect shenanigans and everything in between.

For the sixth episode, the boys reflect on their Thanksgivings and what their favorite foods are for the holiday. Corey recalls a virtual encounter with a rap game OG, while the gang reminisces on their first times smoking and their favorite TV shows growing up. Also, they discuss some "Florida Man" crimes, which launches into personal stories specifically placed in Florida.

In Episode 5, the Falls Five is reunited as Jordan returns to the podcast. The gang has a candy taste test and an in depth discussion that spans all eras of video games. "Bret's Useless Information," along with a new segment "This Day in History," goes haywire with morbid American history and myths. They also make their weekly football picks as they prepare for Thanksgiving. Enjoy your holiday everyone and be safe!

In episode 3, the boys are up earlier than usual to get their session in before Corey and Tony head to their pop up shop for Garment Revive. They also debut "Bret's Useless Information" while reminiscing on their favorite smoking movies, the "Kingpin" bowling alley, and an out of control conversation about toethumbs (google it). The boys recap their last movie night of the Halloween season and the best and worst of Halloween night in the second episode of Good Session Podcast. They also listen to stories about Bret's haunted house and discuss their ideal smoking songs, the best donuts in our area, along with their all time favorite Adam Sandler movies.

Due to the timing of their startup, the gang tackles all things Halloween for their premiere episode. As well as some smoking rituals, they discuss their favorite movies, costumes and everything in between involving the incoming holiday. Cheers.
