You can listen to the First Four Rules of Bible Study in the previous podcast. Let's move next to the Second Four Rules.

I developed eight rules for Bible study through years of doing it, so I'd like to share with you what's worked well for me. For the purpose of keeping this podcast brief, I'll share the first four now and the second four next time.

How long does it take to ‘be saved?' An hour? A day? A week? A month? A year?According to the Apostle Paul, a person who truly ‘believes' in the Lord Jesus Christ is saved right away.

Women have many ‘natural' defensive tools available to them — including knees, elbows, feet, and hands. Once they learn some basic self-defense techniques and practice them, they can ‘turn the tables' on bad people who try to hurt them.

What I'd like to share with you is the ‘Stop and Drop' technique found in many kicking arts — like Karate, Kung Fu, Kempo, Savate, etc.

One of the best ways to learn how to teach self defense to people who are ‘vulnerable' is to ‘walk in their shoes' for a time. In this part of our special series, we look at 'Touch and Go.'

I began a five-month investigation as an atheist in early 1971 to determine three major claims of Christianity. My investigation looked at – (1) Does God exist? (2) Is the Bible a credible ancient historical document? (3) Did Jesus of Nazareth exist, and did He die on a Roman cross and rise from the dead?  I became a Christian following my investigation and these became my core beliefs:
