Protection from CO in a building is such an important aspect of air quality, and we have very knowledgeable and very passionate Eric Kinsey visit the Audio Lab to share about CO, CO Monitors, and how to approach this sometimes challenging conversation with customers.

It's that time already! The June Dispatch will cover normal material covered in the monthly department meetings (pre-COVID19)... with Aaron, Orla, and Dwayne. Also in this episode is a conversation with Will Wittick regarding the Fleet and some changes that have happened and will happen in the near future.

Another huge component of Indoor Air Quality (our continuing series) is humidity and Trevor Brubaker visits the Audio Lab to give us an overview of dehumidifiers and dehumidification.

We continue our series on Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) by discussing duct cleaning with expert duct cleaner John Wentz. He shares with us about what all is involved with duct cleaning, why it is important, how it fits into a building's IAQ, and more.

This product is in demand and a great option for our commercial customers who have a newfound interest in IAQ. Get all the basic info you'll need to intelligently talk to customers about AtmosAir as a solution for them.

Adam Blough and Don Mumma visit the Audio Lab (remotely) to discuss Indoor Air Quality for our residential customers, and specifically the Air Scrubber.

This monthly "Dispatch" episode will mirror our normally scheduled Department Meeting, since we can't gather as groups. Aaron, Dwayne, and Orla cover some important company-wide topics in a format similar to the monthly Department Meeting.

Aaron and Joel share the results across the company from the COVID-19 survey - and have a general conversation to let all the Haller Team hear where we're at currently on things related to COVID-19 and how we're approaching the challenges and changes.

Don has noticed some changes since Kenny's Service Systems training in early March, and joins Joel by phone to discuss some observations on what is working for the RSG Service Team. Around 10 minutes our conversation expands beyond just RSG Service and he shares thoughts on Diet of the Mind that is helpful for everyone to consider during this time of COVID-19.

Aaron, Orla, and Dwayne join Joel to cover the department meeting topics for March for those that had their meetings canceled. Then the group discusses things related to COVID-19, though within hours of recording was Governor Wolf's shut-down mandate that impacted most of what was discussed.

In this 3rd part we continue to hear about the Q1 Priorities for our Strategy Teams, this week hearing from Kenny about what RSG is focusing on.

Matt Caplinger and Aaron Becker sit down with Joel to give a quick summary of the Quarter 1 Priorities for New Construction.
