Tom Mitten shares his personal story to bring attention to mental health for May's Mental Health Awareness month.
We're multi-tasking this month, and putting August, September, and even part of October, together into 1 Dispatch episode for you to listen to. Be sure to listen to the end to hear from Mark Weaver about some important 401(k) information. And of course, we'll hear from Aaron and Dwayne.
Aaron, Dwayne, and Joel cover important company topics, including some of the information shared in department meetings but also some new updates.
We started a monthly series to provide some company information when we were amidst COVID shutdown, and we've decided to bring it back to make sure everyone has the opportunity to catch up on what's going on.

Learn more about the electric services we offer to our commercial customers by hearing from Scott Mowrer, CSG Electrical Estimator. Scott started in August 2020 so you'll be able to find out more about him, but also gain a better understanding of what we can offer all of our customers when it comes to electrical work.
Brian Henry talks about our new Refrigeration services and even more broadly, what we mean by refrigeration within the HVAC industry.
Hopefully most of you were at your department meeting for October, but if you missed it you can get the information that was covered by Aaron, Orla, and Dwayne on our monthly Dispatch episode.
Hopefully most of you were able to join a department meeting in-person this month. But for those that weren't, we've got you covered. Aaron, Orla, and Dwayne cover the material from the in-person September meetings on this episode of the monthly Dispatch.
We purchased a Jetter (Mongoose) in April of 2020 to expand our line cleaning capabilities. Bruce Robbins and Eric Kinsey stop by the Audio Lab to discuss this equipment, how it is used, ideal customers, and more.
We're at the half-year mark for doing Audio Lab episodes rather than in-person department meetings. You know the format by this point: message from Aaron, some safety updates from Dwayne, the HR buzz from Orla, a mailbag and then a featured story.
It's the middle of the month, so you know what that means: a new Audio Lab Dispatch episode. Aaron covers some important company-wide info as usual, Dwayne hits on some Safety and Liability topics, Orla brings us HR updates and some Wellness discussion, and then we have our featured story that does a deep-dive on Marketing with Paul Belessis.
Protection from CO in a building is such an important aspect of air quality, and we have very knowledgeable and very passionate Eric Kinsey visit the Audio Lab to share about CO, CO Monitors, and how to approach this sometimes challenging conversation with customers.
It's that time already! The June Dispatch will cover normal material covered in the monthly department meetings (pre-COVID19)... with Aaron, Orla, and Dwayne. Also in this episode is a conversation with Will Wittick regarding the Fleet and some changes that have happened and will happen in the near future.
Another huge component of Indoor Air Quality (our continuing series) is humidity and Trevor Brubaker visits the Audio Lab to give us an overview of dehumidifiers and dehumidification.
We continue our series on Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) by discussing duct cleaning with expert duct cleaner John Wentz. He shares with us about what all is involved with duct cleaning, why it is important, how it fits into a building's IAQ, and more.
Get ready to live! This month we're flipping the normal department meeting on its head. Well, okay actually we're just tweaking the format a little bit. So in addition to getting normal company info from Aaron, Safety info from Dwayne, and HR info from Orla, we're also throwing in some additional segments that you'll (hopefully) enjoy.
On this episode we're sharing a virtual training that was given this week to some of our CSG Team by Carlos Gendron, VP of Sales & Marketing for AtmosAir. This product is in demand and a great option for our commercial customers who have a newfound interest in IAQ. Get all the basic info you'll need to intelligently talk to customers about AtmosAir as a solution for them.
Adam Blough and Don Mumma visit the Audio Lab (remotely) to discuss Indoor Air Quality for our residential customers, and specifically the Air Scrubber.
This monthly "Dispatch" episode will mirror our normally scheduled Department Meeting, since we can't gather as groups. Aaron, Dwayne, and Orla cover some important company-wide topics in a format similar to the monthly Department Meeting.
Aaron and Joel share the results across the company from the COVID-19 survey - and have a general conversation to let all the Haller Team hear where we're at currently on things related to COVID-19 and how we're approaching the challenges and changes.
Don has noticed some changes since Kenny's Service Systems training in early March, and joins Joel by phone to discuss some observations on what is working for the RSG Service Team. Around 10 minutes our conversation expands beyond just RSG Service and he shares thoughts on Diet of the Mind that is helpful for everyone to consider during this time of COVID-19.
Aaron, Orla, and Dwayne join Joel to cover the department meeting topics for March for those that had their meetings canceled. Then the group discusses things related to COVID-19, though within hours of recording was Governor Wolf's shut-down mandate that impacted most of what was discussed.
In this 3rd part we continue to hear about the Q1 Priorities for our Strategy Teams, this week hearing from Kenny about what RSG is focusing on.
Matt Caplinger and Aaron Becker sit down with Joel to give a quick summary of the Quarter 1 Priorities for New Construction.
Each Quarter our 3 Strategy Teams meet to determine a few Priorities that we need to focus on to move forward and make progress. Joel, Aaron, and Kevin share the Q1 Priorities for the CSG area.
