He thinks Shedeur Sanders would be an easy choice for the Steelers at 21st overall if he does fall, but he said Kenneth Grant would be a safer bet to be the better player. Ryan told the guys how things have been impacted for Shedeur with his father being Deion Sanders. Ryan talked about players falling in past drafts. Ryan talked about Will Howard and his performance at Ohio State's pro day, thinking he could be an option for the Steelers in the 3rd round. Ryan thinks the Steelers should wait on QB until next year unless they acquire a pick in the Top 10. On the first night of rehearsal one of my cast-mates asked about my knitting and through that conversation we figured out we've worked together before. She was the choreographer when I was in a production of Crazy for You at a local community college when I was in high school. Ryan thinks Jaxson Dart can be successful in the NFL, but he isn't sure Pittsburgh is the place that will happen. Ryan doesn't hate the idea of the Dart at 21st overall, but he prefers the Steelers to address other positions before attacking QB next month. Ryan thinks Dart would've been a late day 2 or early day 3 pick last year, just ahead of Spencer Rattler. Could Shedeur Sanders be a real option? Ryan could see the Steelers taking a safety in the 1st round. Ryan sees Derrick Harmon as a late 1st round player and is surprised that the Steelers didn't have a presence at his pro day. Ryan thinks Harmon lacks flash, but he's still a good player.

Heyward said the team supports Rudolph in the hopes he's the man that leads the team. Would the Steelers really rather have Rudolph over Aaron Rodgers?
