Calorie Counting is something we've all been taught to do. Unfortunately we can go to extremes by counting every calorie based on an online calculator or not counting at all and overeating. Either way we're going to slow our weight loss and can even cause long term damage. Listen as the Keto Sisters discuss how to manage this dietary minefield.
