In this episode we have a spirited discussion over the explicit content of the movie, it's themes and story, and react to it's religious and supernatural elements! A girl taking her story into her hands, a boy giving her a chance, a group of high schoolers acting insane, I mean what could go wrong? Surely to be a night (episode*) we'll never forget ;)
Volume II: Horror Classics. In 1994, a trio of student filmmakers went into the Black Hills forest to film their documentary on the “Blair Witch”. They were never seen again. This footage is allegedly that very footage they shot. An iconic example of viral marketing, Jamin didn't see this movie until high school, and Rebekah is watching it for the first time here in this episode! This movie brings a whole new type of scare for Jamin and Rebekah to discuss, and some trivia that really brings the discussion on behind the scenes ethics to a head. Will this experimental horror film land for Rebekah, or will this be another The Exorcist?
