Here's the recipe to the hot chocolate I make as mentioned in the podcast(dairy-free): 1 cup almond milk (or full-fat coconut milk from the can for a more decadent drink; you can also use raw milk if you tolerate dairy) 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder 1 Tablespoon pure maple syrup 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract Pinch of sea salt Optional: 1 drop of Young Living Peppermint Essential Oil Add to a saucepan on medium heat. Stir until well-mixed and hot.
